To be fair, Knicks usually lose games like this. Or make it way too interesting. Thinking back to last game of season vs Celtics with no Brown or Tatum and Bucks game where Thanasis almost beat us.

Randle is the type of player to take a step back mid range jumper on a fastbreak and nobody in front of him

Half Summary :

- Our transition game is extremely good
- Our perimeter defense is abysmal. We need the screeners defender to get a hand up on guys dribbling off screens to shoot 3’s and need to do a better job on the initial close outs.
- We don’t love assists in the half court
- We need to continue getting paint touches in the half court. We have a lot of open shots from 3 when we dribble into the paint

I didn't realize that Randle is hitting 43% for the season and 34% from three. Those numbers suck for guy who shoots as much as him.

Played a good half.

The 2nd unit wow, they can get points in a hurry.
Also IQ's defense is much improved. Now he's taking proper angles while chasing his man around picks and picking up his man full court!

Our depth at center is going to getting Jericho good minutes. He's actually a smart athletic player. Obi, Randle sand RJ front court should also see alot of time, which is not bad.

Waiting for Grimes to hit a few more 3s tonight.
