The Timberwolves are so bad. Complete insanity on how they let that win go.

Derozan would be a perfect fit on this current Raptors team.

Seeing teams score effortlessly on offence must be a nice feeling.

Lowry having one of those no-offence games tonight: 0 points on 0/7 shooting,

Jokic cross checked Morris into reality. That's gotta cost a few games. As much as I don't like Morris, that could have really hurt him

Morris bodychecked Jokic with an elbow into the rib. Morris instigated it, so got f'ed up

I think it should be several game suspension but it's NBA so maybe 2 or 3 games

Good on Jokic for laying out that loser Morris. Serves him right for elbowing Jokic then walking away. Fake tough guys in the NBA are pathetic.

The NBA is soft.
On what planet can you cheap shot a top 5 star in the league and then feel comfortable turning your back and walking away.
Good on Jokic for protecting himself and sending a message not to mess with him. It would have said more if he had done nothing.
As per the rules, it was wrong, he will get suspended- but he had to show Morris and everyone else that they can’t take liberties with him.

I'm sure there's more to it than Morris elbow, he's a guy that does sht during the game that goes unnoticed. Jokic probably got fed up, his team was winning too so that's saying a lot. In that clip though, it does seem like Morris started it and I'm sure in the heat of the moment, most ppl would react like that.

had a triple double the other night and this game he was horrendous. At this point in his career he should just be the passer and lead imo. Scoring will be a struggle for him.

OTish- I think this has been tried a few times in the past, and I'm not sure about its success, but who's down to do a group meetup for a game at a bar? A few places have indoor dining (provided you show your papers). If there's interest feel free to PM me and if there are enough interested I can organize something.

Would the NBA even miss the Morris' if they were out of the league? Probably not. Morris should get 1 more game than Jokic gets if suspended.

Morris should have been suspended too.

Swap Morris' size with Jokic's size and Morris' force would be deemed more excessive.
There was clearly intent from both and just because Jokic is bigger which naturally generates more force, he gets hit with the suspension?

It's BS. If Jokic fell over and hurt himself, Morris definitely gets hit with a suspension.

Hawks are struggling to start the year.

Hawks and Knicks were my two frauds last year. Knicks look better than the Hawks right now

Morris deserved to get decked out. Glad Jokic gave him a beating.

It's really funny that Jimmy Butler after that play was yelling at Stephen Graham of all people and telling him to meet him out back. Twin of Raptors legend Joey Graham. He looks like this:

I swear I'm not hating but how BAD does Jalen Suggs look right now?!???

Of course due to how much we were linked to him in the draft and can't help but check in to see and think just "what if" we did draft him. I keep expecting to tune in and see a big 25pt+ performance or something but he's been legit AWFUL offensively. He has YET to have a SINGLE decent shooting night. He's been shooting god awful numbers ever since entering the league, including SL. Everyone came in talking about Barnes' shooting but Suggs is shooting percentages I'd expect someone like Capela to hit if I put him on the perimeter.

Glad at least Wagner is not looking like the bad pick people thought he was. I still think in time there will be a player drafted after him that will turn out to be better but that's to be expected but they couldn't make POTENTIALLY two bad picks. Don't get me wrong I'm NOT writing off Suggs so quickly, part of me feels he'll turn out to be pretty good but I get the feeling it's going to be like Lonzo Ball where he takes some time because the jumper needs work and in time he'll turn it around to be a good player in the league and I'd argue he looks to be an even better defender than Zo so that's not a bad outcome but he's gotta get there and right now he's looking more like Jerryd Bayless lol (that WON'T be his long term comparison). Really interested to see what he looks like by the end of the season.
