Ibaka needs to get good quick or he's gonna find himself shipped out for another player with a longer term contract so that the clips can roll the contract into future seasons as trade ballast or if we're lucky a player with better fit.

Batum has been amazing so far. Imagine how much better the team would be with a healthy Morris chipping in. Clips forced to play small and play Bledsoe, who hasnt sucked for once.

Down night for Kennard, but tbf they were glued on his ass like white on rice. Kennard is respected as an elite shooter so no chance the other team will let him get rolling with some open shots. However if it means it spaces the floor, then thats value of its own.

Overall, im super impressed by the grit of the team. These dudes aint quitting and are hustling on every play. It's similar to those Pacer squads that PG13 led back in the day. With better health, i can actually see this team complete for a 5 seed with a chance at 4th.

Luke saw a couple of double teams and even a triple team on the attack it was nuts. Find more ways to get him open but the gravity is clearly there even on a slow shooting night. The biggest thing is he kept trying on defense

Hell of a team effort for the win. PG, Reggie, Bledsoe, Batum, Hart, and Zu balled out. This team is starting to gel nicely especially since our shots are now falling. Serge might as well go back to wearing street clothes with Hart emerging on a nightly basis. Bigger test against Miami on Thursday night

We just need a big blowout so we can run Serge some heavy minutes

Forgot to set the alarm last night, so I woke up right after the game was over. It's been a while since I missed one like this, but I'll gladly take the W.

Most of Reggie's postgame press conference was just him genuinely praising other teammates, as well as the fans. Spent the last few minutes talking straight from the heart about Nic Batum. Absolutely loved it.

Also, although PG admitted he was too in the moment to notice the little kid, his parents should totally get this framed:

PG's game is so smooth man, a joy to watch.
2023 Clippers W/L Count (44-27)
(Russ at bench 35-14)
without PG13 3-3
Without Kawhi 3-3
Without Russ 6-6

The nerve of this guy to complain after Portland got all the calls. Lillard is one of the biggest crybabies in the league. I have no sympathy for these second-tier stars who are wondering where their cheap whistles went while players with better resumes like Kawhi, PG and LeBron have had to play through obvious fouls their entire careers and never get calls.

This is the type of officiating he's used to, mind you:

So much to love about this game.
PG is doing what Kawhi did last year. When points are needed, or a stop, he provides it. Only three turnovers.
Hartenstein 14 points in 17 minutes, not bad from a third stringer
The Clipper fan understands the Book of Exodus better than anyone... what it's like to struggle 40 years in the wilderness... and Genesis.. why Cain went after Abel... So fLakers, look out... we're coming.

Of course he's pissed as he was one of the top foul baiters in the league along with Harden and Trae Young. Steph Curry was a foul baiter but the rule changes didn't hinder nor diminish his game he still has his deadly jumper, handle, can still get to his spots on the floor with ease. All he had to do was cut out the lean-into-the-defender to draw contact move and it was business as usual. These other guys aren't that fortunate. And alot of folks wanted to trade PG for him.. Lol

Playoff P only had to log 33 minutes to get the W, that might be my favorite non-Batum stat from this one.

That’s wonderful and the best way to keep him healthy

He was in foul trouble in the 3rd that's why he logged less mins. He only had 3 TOs last night. As a team we only had 8 TOs, one of my favorite stats of the night.
