Can't see us winning a game without Carter.

It's so weird that it's dark outside, only 8:30PM and the games are already over with.
WTF should I do with the rest of my night?
I've already gotten drunk'ish.
I can't drink any further?!??

Our guards were a dumpster fire tonight. We'll see if they can bring a better effort against the Wizards on Saturday.

I thought WCJ played well until he got hurt too

I worked an eight hour shift at work, and then mowed my front yard for an hour.
And took my dogs for an hour walk at lunch.
I feel like there is time to goof off now.

I’ve said it before, but I don’t get WeltHam being paid to oversee a complete rebuild in Year 5 of their tenure. It’s not like they just got here, or tore it down after one evaluation season. They failed in every respect since they’ve been here, but somehow they get a do-over? It’s just infuriating that this is their product in Year 5. Unwatchable horrible basketball under the guise of tanking because they were left with no other options after failing to draft or trade for a star player in 4+ seasons.

I am starting to get a bit worried about Suggs. He seems to be getting worse as the season goes on. Still have hope but the pessimism is starting creep in.

There just tipping point with Suggs where you come to conclusion that he shouldn't be starting in nba until he lears how to be point guard. And running second unit would be more beneficial to his development than sucking in role of Alfred for Cole's wannabe Batman. Right now he is too deep into his own head, nothing works for him, he turns the ball over all the time and his shooting is just pathetic. I like Suggs. I wanted Suggs. I hope he will turn out to be fine. But today it's just pointless to start guard who shoots 13-64 for 3 and hardly can even get 32% FG ovearll. Playing against worst level of competition ( other team's bench players ) might boost some moral in him when he views few shots go in. Our next 12 days scheadule is brutal. He won't just start lighting it up against Bucks ( twice) or Knicks ( elite defense ). Maybe sit him on purpose and turn him into a starter against Pelicans? I'm pretty sure i can score 10 points on Pelicans

As for Cole, i don't want to criticize him much now, since his numbers are still strong, but i don't belive they are sustainable or that he adds much value on offense. But that's story for another day ( and thread) . Right now what i find annoying is fact that he missed 2 dunk attemps in two games. Like bro, you probably 6 foot tall, you have T rex arms, just go for layup.

Durant made mockery of our defense

Ugly...just real ugly...sloppy.....slugglish....whatever adjective works.....Suggs definitely struggling, i like some of the passes he made tonight and i like that he's driving to the rim strong...but that shot isn't falling and some of the turnovers are like....pretty bad....like the defense and the effort....there is a metric TON of work suggs has to do....with that said my expectations with rookies are for them to just show flashes, plus this is year 1 very few players are great their first year he'll be fine....Didn't like cole's play tonight, nothing more to say he just had a bad game....Gary Harris is legit for me the new Dwayne Bacon...i'm wondering what he has on coach for him to be getting minutes....i think coach cut some of Suggs/RJ minutes for Harris and at this point i fail to understand why

I hope Wendell is ok. We do not have the depth to cover another injury and he's one of our best few players.

Speaking of our best few - Wagner's 6 steals is not to be sneezed at.

None of the first 3 quarters was individually horrible. But the deficit just kept growing and growing : -5 first, -7 second, -7 third. This of course led to a 19-point deficit going to the fourth. And what a fourth it was: -14.

If Fultz, Moore and Carter-Williams were all wearing Magic blue on game nights, do you believe that Suggs would be a starter? I do not.

1. Wagner is playing great i hope he wont lose his confidence missing all these 3 pointers. He didnt seem intimidated by Durant thats propably becouse he was playing goat Mo Wagner his whole life. I have one question, when Mosley will give him more ball handling duties ???

2. I am not very worried about Suggs but i dont know if i ever saw worse ball handler. He looks like football player who plays basketball for money. If he is really that competetive he will get better though, his tools are near elite, and he is not totally lost on the court, he just needs more skill.

3. I just cant be objective about Bamba, I know he does some things well, but watching him staring at Durant doing nothing on defense makes me angry. Yeah you wont block Durant but you can at least make it harder for him and that press conference was just cringe. After 4 years in the nba he doesnt know what Durant and Harden tendencies are ?!?!?! Every child watching nba knows it!!!! I am glad we didnt extend him,

4. WCJ is vital to our team right now i hope he comes back soon. Those bunnies are irritating tough, are his hands so small or what ?

5. Anthony was totally locked by Brown today. He looks like he doesnt feel the flow of the game to me, similar to AG but a lot more skilled. I like him and i am impressed by his defense, he is fighting like hell. Maybe Fultz/Anthony has some chance to succed if he keeps his defensive effort.
My money is on Banchero going number 1 !

I do. Players get better during their rookie years. Edwards was horrible at the beginning of last season and averaged 24 ppg the last couple of months.

The lineups with Suggs in it have been effective compared to our other lineups.

Also, we aren't trying to win.
