True, and sad because they have plenty of talent around Young.

This would be a non issue had they drafted Haliburton last year like they should have, instead of the bum they picked.

They could have cashed in Young on some sucker, and still had a winning PG . Instead, they're the sucker paying Young.

I don't find it sad. I like the new rules.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Dame is pissed, Harden is pissed and Trae is pissed. Good. All great players but the foul hunting had to stop. Hopefully Silver doesn't cave on this and go back to the old rules.

For 7 seasons Harden averaged at least 10 FTA a game. This year 4.6. Love it. Young is down to 5.3 from 8.7 last year.

Luka is another one whose game is affected. His FTA are at a career low 5.1, down from 7.1 last year. If he's complained about it I haven't noticed.

Giannis is at 9.5 FTA this season. Last season.... 9.5. His FTA are legit.

It's so hilarious how Harden v Giannis careers played out since Harden's "no skill" comments.

And Steph is still thriving and in the driver's seat for MVP. Love how the new rules (we might as well just call them the "old rules" returning) are forcing referendums on so many of these dudes' careers in the age of inflated stats. Actual "skill" transcends era. Harden and Trae wouldn't be superstars in any era with the way they're playing right now.

Furthermore, I submit that Giannis is in that prime LeBron/Shaq category (as far as recency goes) where they get demolished every single time they're in the lane but the NBA can't call all of the fouls on them because it's legitimately the only way to stop them.

The big issue with the Hawks is their defense. They ranked 12th in DRTG after McMillan took over last year. This year, they are 27th. They are 13th in ORTG at the moment after being 8th under McMillan last year.

They've largely been healthy, so that isn't the issue and they also basically brought back the same team. I haven't watched them play, so can't say what it is.

DNP - Sniffles. Seriously, this could not have been a more wonderfully worded tweet given the subject.

It's awesome, reads like the list of complaints provided by a 5 year old who wants to skip school.

Slap a wet paper towel on him and get him back on the court, at least thats what my school nurse would do.

Those wet paperl towels can cure anything

Curry looking like the best player on the planet is amazing for the game right now. **** Harden and Young.

Giannis probably would've made a ton of difference but pretty glad we didn't go with David Griffin as GM.

Caruso might have unironically been one of the best pickups for any team this offseason.
