Ehhh it’s just one half of ball, he’s been very good this year but Jimmy’s been playing at an MVP type level. Statistically it’s not even close tbh.

That being said, I don't think people are praising the Jokic brothers either. And if they are, they shouldn't be. Everyone in this situation needs to take a chill pill. Including Nikola himself. It's just amusing trying to see Morris try to punk someone on the court (a familiar occurrence) and it backfiring on him because he did it to another, bigger bully.

Yep. As usual zie germans have the perfect word for it: schadenfreude.

yeah, big mistake for LA to let him get away if they had any control.

Have you ever met any Serbians? They have a strange but low key brilliant sense of humour, really friendly, and highly recommended to hang out and enjoy their specialty: a good ole Slav get-together-and-do-nothing sort of night. But, they do have a short fuse and they can get violent for very little reason really. Stupid things like soccer, or not so stupid things like the complicated history that everybody has in the Balkans. I kind of get it because Greeks are also a lot like that but it's hard to explain.

All things considered I think Jokic is pretty quiet for a Serb. I've seen Nenad Krstic grab a chair from the officials and smash it on a player, and that was an away game with 10 thousand people who wanted to kill him, didn't phase him at all, he just kept coming.

I watched part of the 2nd quarter of that game (Giddey  )- I wasn't completely playing attention but I feel like the Pels went from being up 6 early in the quarter to being down around 7 or 8 at the end of the quarter and had an absolute meltdown on court with 4 or 5 tech fouls complaining about the refereeing and Willie just stood on the sidelines going "hmmmmmm".

I always thought pj was a guy who would have trouble dunking in an empty gym even though he has the size. That was very impressive for a 37 year old.

Ad is the best lob catcher I’ve ever seen, crazy how much coordination he has on them but looks so clumsy and falls down doing routine things on the court.

They were begging them to win on their knees and the Heat just couldn't do it. The new rulers of the NBA now have 4 losses and they might go to 5 tomorrow after their b2b with the Clippers. One loss less than our depleted so far team.

Can't believe Miami wasted the PJ Tucker putback dunk game.

Miami lifestyle is his lazarus pit. He's a fresh, young man again.

I still think we whoop them when fully healthy. 8-)

I'm only slightly less confident that father time won't come up ahead this season. He is a tweak or two away from having to sit out and putting on some pounds. Admittedly, he has been pretty reliable the past half decade but even lebron is hitting that wall.

I'm definitely doubling down on the second year of the deal looking horrible.

So John Wall...not hurt but not playing?? Because he refuses and wants to be traded or because Houston doesn't want him around? I realize that contract is untradeable. So he's just going to earn $90 mill for two seasons of no ball?? Crazy.
