feel ALMOST sorry for King, almost bish

it's hilarious that the rule change is literally designed to stop one player. but it happens every once in a while and it will continue to happen. godspeed bish

It took Frank…6 seasons to have his first 30 point game. Good for him.

Never give up, y’all!

Hypothetical. Philly calls in December asking about Lowry for Simmons.

WYD?

Simmons is with Klutch - f*** Rich Paul, f** Klutch!

Beyond that, Simmons & Jimmy didn’t really mesh. If it was Embiid chucking the hissy fit then I’d be 100% keen (though not for Bam).

Also, the Jimmy extension & Lowry contract are what’s rebuilding our rep with players as being player-friendly and looking after our own. Bron poisoning the well (& the Wade saga) damaged that rep, and the dumb deals to role players didn’t help rebuild it, just made us look desperate.

If I trade Lowry for anyone it’s for Dame.

A more interesting hypothetical would be:

Kyrie to Miami
Lowry to Philly
Simmons to Brooklyn

All teams get an improvement, as long as the two divas agree to play.

Simmons playing with Harden and KD would have loads of driving space, and handling the primary PG duties would free Harden up to be focussed on just scoring.

Lowry would fit beautifully with the Sixers line-up, and they pursued him last season as well.

Kyrie would give us another legit offensive option who can drop 30 anytime. His D is a downgrade, but if that’s coupled with a Dipo return then

But the big question is the divas, and then after that: would any of those three teams want to strengthen their possible ECSF opponents?

I agree with the f**k Klutch sentiment, but at this point in their careers, Simmons > Lowry.

I think Yim and Ben worked pretty well together in Philly, but you gotta have the right lineups around them.

Simmons
Robinson
Butler
Tucker
Adebayo

Or you start Herro alongside Simmons and shift Tucker to the 2nd unit. Would be nice, no lie.

I meant the off-court and work ethic stuff. Jimmy can make most marriages work on-court. Ben has shown he’s not cut from the same cloth as Jimmy (but it could just be the people around him )

We were the Hawks last year. Teams not quite ready for the big time always struggle the year after their breakthrough.

Ehhhh no….

We already can’t hit 3s.

Considering Miami is meshing in a new offensive persona and multiple new core players… the product on the court is not that bad. One or two more made shots and we probably wouldn’t even be sour at their performance.

But what do i know, i loved the JJ/waiter team
