Is shooting 55% on 3-point shots in the G League. Can we fit him in on our roster? We definitely need a shooter especially in the backcourt he would look good besides Cade in the back court

He nearly made the Hornets' roster. But I don't think he'll ever be a rotation player.
Comments to rationalize bad contracts -
1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later
3) It's only __% of the cap
4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy

Right now this team doesn't NEED anything in the truest sense. "Could be improved by" would be a more correct term. So then the next question would be "Does he look like a player who could be part of the long term plan?"
