Nets were up 20 and Pelicans just had so much fight to get back in the game after losing to the Thunder; fortunately, the Nets were able to stay composed and execute towards the end. Pathetic performance by the bench but the stars won this game.

Props to Willie Green for having his team in a mindset to keep fighting. I'm not sure what is going on with their team but respect to the guys who played tonight.

You guys are going to be upset because it came to this, but this was a great opportunity to get the team reps in a close game. Bruce hit a clutch 3, Joe Harris had a huge lay up in the 4th and KD and Harden dropped some bombs at the end, moving the ball against double teams.

These reps matter because come May and June, our offense will have to execute under pressure

We have 3 games in 4 nights and up 21 we just completely collapse. Of course KD tweaks his shoulder on a meaningless play at the end.

I was fine with experimenting with the all bench lineup but it's clearly a failure and they've killed our momentum multiple times already. Stagger KD + Harden aggressively so one is on the floor at all times.

Harden looks MVP level again so nothing else today really matters.

We have this third guy , Kyrie , but it’s gotta happen soon , either he comes back or a trade
I’m glad they stopped talking about him , maybe this will be enough encouragement for him to rethink his current position

Yeah it was tough reading through all those posts keeping a tight lip. The hate is real. I can’t even understand it he isn’t a selfish stat padder he just wants to win.

Them min he be pulling up concerning for my likings. I'd love to lower his min to 30 and load management him throughout this season. Same for KD, we got bigger plans. Only reason I'm ok with what Nash doing is because of chemistry. We need to build identity and polish it.

It's pretty clear now that we need playmaker ASAP. We ain't got one player beside Harden who can create anything consistently. I hope Marks can fetch Rondo from Lakers, or someone like that.

Not to upset we let them get back in it. when you go up 20+ and there is 15-18 minutes left teams frequently get lackidasical and sloppy. But when they get it within 10, maybe call a timeout or make and adjustment or call a play or something. Nash is just awful. if just watching and hoping 2 megastars dominated doesnt work he has no plan b. then he throws players under the bus in post game.

either way, good win. took care of business down the end. this is a game we lose last year, but we have alot more grit this year with some of the bench dudes. KD/Harden were cold blooded when we needed it.

low-key concern of mine: KD is dog turd passing out of a double team. i saw it last year too. i was surprised we dont see more of it. i worry that it will come out more on film and in the playoff exploit it and no coach to make the adjustments.
