Not a lot of consistent players out there. Even AD is way too up-and-down for a player at his level. He's completely floated through this entire quarter while the Lakers badly needed someone to take charge.

Who is coming back that is consistent besides Lebron?
Maybe Ariza? Not on offense, but a consistently decent defender with decent IQ I believe

Not sure yet on Reaves, seems like a guy who gives consistent defender and high iq. He does need to work a bit more in terms of quickness for his D and start to hit a bit more of those open 3s

Ariza's last full season was split between a terrible Kings stint and a good 21 games with the Blazers.
This is what happens when you hitch your wagon to someone like Westbrook and then have to fill out the entire roster with minimums.
