Knowing the Magic, we won't see Suggs until after the all-star break.

For as poorly as he has shot it tonight... through 3 quarters he has 17 rebounds and 3 blocks

Vuc also had huge rebound games but he was still soft as a pillow. Bamba is probably even softer.

Bamba has been better than Vuc so far this season. I find that pretty funny actually.

Harrell was talking trash to Bamba in the 1st quarter from the bench and then proceeded to punk him the whole game. And Bamba played the least interested game of his life.

If I recall correctly, Harrell has destroyed Bamba every time they've ever played.

It's a terrible matchup for Bamba. That said, he is a terrible matchup for almost everyone. The good thing about Harrell though, is that he gives up as much as he gets, which is why he doesn't start for anyone.

This.

And we did a bad job with our rotations here. We should've made sure to give WCJ minutes that overlap with Harrell a bit more but we threw Bamba to the wolves. This is especially important since Harrell is their best offensive player. WCJ's two early fouls didn't help though.

I expect the Magic to work Isaac in remarkably slowly, but ultimately I would go Isaac/Carter as the primary PF/C combo when the dust settles.

I'm pretty sure it's something that's been ongoing.

Anthony really does hunt for rebounds. He is under the basket every time a shot goes up. You can box out from anywhere on the floor. You don't crash into the paint every time a shot goes up.

I am loving Franz' aggressiveness going to the paint. That one dunk really gave him the confidence to go hard at the rim.

We know it's been a topic of discussion in film sessions. Mosley talked about it after the Jazz game. I think Mosley has a vision for how this offense will function and I don't believe we are seeing what he wants. Anthony will figure it out or he won't. Right now he is just trying to fill up his box score line.

I'm curious as to what Mo Wagner said to him at the end of the half. He probably wasn't pleased that Anthony waived off his screen to settle for such a **** shot.

I warned of this exact situation before the season started. They're ruining Suggs forcing him to play off the ball. He is not a SG... he is not a 1 on 1 player right now. His confidence is shot because he's being forced to play out of position. If they don't feel they can absorb the growing pains i.e the turnovers and lack of shot creation they should send him to the G-league or bring him off the bench to rest Anthony for 15 minutes a game. I can tell you right now.. the coach is losing him and while he's losing confidence in himself it's going to turn into losing confidence in the organization. The coaching staff and front office have their priorities upside down right now and they're taking steps backwards not forwards.
