He looked ready against the Lakers the other night in spot minutes. Spo clearly doesnt like to go bigger than he has to.
AD was having his way without resistance even abusing Dedmon, and Yurt came in and all of a sudden AD wasn’t getting his way. Size and skills matters in basketball, so I thought that based on the showing vs the Lakers that Yurt would get some minutes. But Spo seems to always be 2 steps behind with adjustments and change. He cost the Heat a game vs the Clippers where too small Tucker was getting scored over the top.
no question about it. I thought Spo was a video guy. whats he looking at anyways?
there are probably internal politics as to why he is not playing. It's like the Beasley thing all over again, I guess.
I guess he is used to 480P resolution from his old days, and his slow processor freezes with today’s 4K resolution.
But yeah, sports politics seems likely but that is more for a starter or regular rotation guy, but c'mon go deep to the bench when the other team is outscoring you 14-34?
Sorry no, you bring that one bench dude regardless of politics. Spo is just too slow to change IMO.
