Powell fouled OG so that he could get 30?

Good game, despite the terrible execution at the end. Scottie should learn from this.

He was awful down the stretch.

Can we skip to the part where we don’t romanticize our players and can just be honest about them? And then can we just not ever get to the part where we bash them for no reason?

Yeah, he made mistakes down the stretch, but made great plays that brought us back. Can't be mad at him, just a wee bit disappointed.

Barnes **** up but who cares. Again I’m glad nurse is giving him opportunities to **** up.

You’re too small at center and too slow to guard elite guards.

Position-less is failing. Always pushing the rock uphill. A center is needed

Yeah a C would’ve stopped them from hitting 16 3’s.
What an absolute failure and disaster this franchise is, ran by one of the most incompetent front offices in the league.

Why the hell is Nurse running a 6 man rotation. I guess he thinks we’re in the hunt for a title this year.

It’s the development curve.

If you're a young team and you're not going to win then the next best thing is to lose close games. So yes, I agree.

Love Freddy as a shooting guard, but this game clearly highlighted what having an elite point guard can do.

Except dames not a playmaker. He and curry are the new mold of score first pg’s, along the lines of Gilbert arenas.

Playmaking pgs are a thing of the past and how does anyone denigrate Fred after that 4th.

Yes it would help by letting our perimeter guys play closer outside on 3 shooters. Defense is a 5 man, interconnected thing

That's the kinda up and down Masai was talking about preseason. Barnes with some costly mistakes. Oh well, he played pretty well all things considered. The whistle went Portland's way big time IMO.

i thought Lillard wasn't going to play, so basically had no chance to win if he was playing.
