Caruso is more defensively versatile because of his size and athleticism while being the better 3 point shooter and proven champion.

TJ and its not even close for me. I've seen numerous big games from TJ while i can't say the same for Caruso. Caruso gets overrated for being a bald white guy on big market teams lol.

TJ is the far better playmaker, Caruso is a better 3pt shooter by default and has more size & athleticism. Both are high IQ players with strong intangibles.

TJ definitely has some edges on Caruso, he's a better scorer/playmaker. He's better at getting a tough bucket. As a traditional backup point guard, TJ fits the bill better.

Caruso is bigger and a much more versatile defender. Considering the role both Caruso and TJ play, I think Caruso is much more valuable and impactful.

Caruso for sure, and I like TJ McConnell plenty as a solid NBA rotation player.

The impact stats really like Caruso as one of the best two-way role players in the NBA. 3-year luck-adjusted RAPM has him 18th in the NBA. 5-year has him 36th. Just a really high impact player that's on a great contract for the Bulls.

Caruso easily for me. Impact on defense is great. Can shoot the three as well and well above TJ as an athlete.

Yeah TJ is a decent playmaker.

Being a young guy on a big market team always helps guys getting overrated. The appearance part is just the cherry on top of lol.

Never watch tj mcconnell but Caruso.
