Big thing you get from CoJo you don't from Killian is the ability to step up and hit a 15 to 18 foot jumper off the dribble. You can set a pick for CoJo and if the defender goes under you got to be able to make them pay by hitting a wide open pull up two.

Grant is the cause of the stagnation on offense within the starting group. I like him as a player, but I'm not sure he fits with this group anymore.

My gripe with the offense right now is that the one is just bringing the ball up idly and then wasting time as the other players get in a position for a play and then the one hands the ball off and the play starts. It's just a simple waste. That one isn't putting any pressure on anyone, time ticks off the clock, and the outcome is utterly predictable.
