Never thought I’d say this, but Shake physically manhandled the Nuggets tonight.

I didn't get to watch last night, but it looks like Denver got nothing from anyone outside of Jokic. Still...A win is a win and i'll gratefully take it at this point. Losing sucks and we were on a roll for about a week and a half.

Gordon is bad longterm money. Murray's ACL makes him a risk to be bad longterm money. Porter's back makes him a risk to be bad longterm money.
When healthy, they're a tough team, but man...that's a questionable when.
Agree, I think Gordon's problem is that he's an athlete first and a basketball player second. Just never really impressed me for what little he does. Murray is a star, but that ACL is going to be tough to overcome. Unfortunately I don't think he ever reaches the level he was capable of. As for Porter jr....I'm just glad he's not our problem.

Im not high on him. But i really like his defense against Giannis which is very close to as important as a perimeter shot creator on our team.
For that alone he's worth holding on to. Probably easier to find a 2nd unit shot creator than a guy who can D up the Giannis' of the world.

Reed has higher upside if he ever figures out how to provide offensive value beyond OREBs because his 1-5 switch-ability plays very well deep in the playoffs. But looking at him right now I don't see the roadmap to offensive competence. That said, he is a strange player and I would not bet against him figuring out a way to do so.
Bassey looks like your standard competent backup C. Which, given the Sixers inability to staff that position without throwing $100m at the problem, is no small feat.

I don't disagree. To me it's well worth it for a playoff team to keep a guy like Reed with a very specific and valuable skill that isn't easy to find on a 15-man roster. I'd love to see him succeed here.
