Suggs may have gotten a piece of Harden but the anticipation of the shot was fantastic defense. Just all over it

Suggs has got to learn to keep his cool and slow down. He had that great quarter because he slowed down and let the game come to him. Now is is speeding up again and trying to do too much. He needs to just slow down.

We need a hard foul on Harden.

This team looks so much different when Wagner is on the bench. The ball just sticks more and we desperately miss his off the dribble/penetrating ability.

Just so I get this straight... they give Harden that BS foul then the Nets hit WCJ's arm and wrist and no call?

NBA needs to start fining the refs for this horrible level of BS.

I'm not sure it was a foul. I didn't get a great angle on the Knicks broadcast. I couldn't see if he got ball or arm. He didn't impede the landing. It looked like good defense.

Harden kicked out his leg a bit and got the benefit of the doubt

The best thing about this rebuild so far - Mosley has the young guys playing hard every night, and they’re competitive for it. Hopefully they can sustain it as the L’s pile up over the season, but right now they don’t seem to care. They just come to play. Plenty of mistakes are made, but they’re trying hard.

Suggs, Cole and Fran seem like big leaders on that front, too, as they all set a high standard of effort.

I feel like we were well on top and then the refs thought "We can't have this".

For me, the offensive foul of WCJ was the worst one. He was being held by Blake before any push-off. They even said that on the nets commentary.

They'll probably end up losing this one but I just want to see a fun competitive second half

One thing the Magic do defensively that annoys me a little bit when they play man is that they switch a little too easily.

Like if the other team sets a good strong screen, then ok switch. But if they run middling action 30 feet from the bucket, there's no need to switch that.

We're trying to not even defend Harden in some situations because he plays for fouls so much. Harden on the line right now.

Nets have toughened up considerably. This will be difficult the rest of the way
