Bingo, and it still ended up in an open 3 for Grant. What am I missing on the complaints?

Cade Godingham looking good tonight. Not hard to see why he was taken ahead of Green, Green will never be the playmaker Cade is today, much less 2-3 years from now.

This. Thought it was going to be the Cade show, but it ended up him having a nice defensive stop(s) and then just decided to run an ISO for Grant and a badly set play for an open whoever or Bey 3 that got broken down and we panicked

Cade should be the one coming off the Grant screen and making decisions, not the other way around.

All great players have to act an ass sometimes. I wonder if Cade has it in him???? Is he another likeable guy???

Pistons: 30th in FG%, 30th in 3PT%, 30th in points scored, and 29th in total rebounds. This is a wretched team. Likely going to get a good draft pick.

He’s not gonna step on the toes of the vet and the coach…yet. If that keeps happening though he really needs to. Not sure how Cade hasn’t proved he should be the one with the ball at the end.

Live by the 3, die by the 3, That's all Casey knows. We have seen them go 14 for 48, FORTY EIGHT THREES when it is clear they aren't falling. Casey is just a horrid offensive coach and our only hope is that Weaver sees this obvious flaw and orders it stopped.

That why I like seeing that obviously Weaver will step in and give basketball orders to Casey by seeing Diallo now getting all of Jackson's minutes. No way Casey does that on his own after Diallo acting like he did when told to go in the game.

To me this means there is hope that Weaver will step in at least next year and order changes to the offense or possibly even decide on a new coach. Casey is just horrible and could hamper Cade's evolution by running such a ridiculous offensive scheme.

Come on Weaver, do something about this offensive scheme.

Is Josh Jackson injured or are they just giving Dialo some run?

We have Cade, Grant, and Jackson impress me. Stew should be a bench energy guy, Garza can be a better player with more conditioning or in a system where he stays back in the paint not trying to switch on picks. Our defense is at times atrocious with guys completely out of position or over shooting on switches. And Bey... my God man is he fn terrible. Bench his ass please Casey.

Any word on the Stewart injury? Also, every game we're seeing Killian grimace in pain I think he should sit out a few and let Lee get some run. I also would be fine with some Grant at C, Bey at PF, and Josh Jackson at SF if we can't get Beef Stew back for the Lakers game. Garza is fine for a few minutes here and there but really shouldn't have to be trying to defend starters yet he still needs to get the work in to improve defensively we'll be better served to have him go against backups.

I'd like to be a Detroit homer, but change needs to come. That starting lineup is just atrocious. We have an undersized five who typically has no impact on the offensive side of the game and picks up too many fouls. We have a starting four that doesn't rebound and is not transcending new heights this year. We have a three playing beyond his game skills, and Killian has his positive skill sets, and they seem clearly best suited for the bench.

Then whatever, I get that this is a year to grow young ones, but on top of shooting the worst in the league and rebounding the worst in the league, one of our better prospects doesn't even play.

Watching Cade's learning curve and brilliance right now isn't compensating for the mess around him.

It was amazing to see Curry so scared of Killingme Hayes' tough D that he decided to sit this one out... just amazing!

Wierd statement, is anyone able to stop him? He put up 40 last night. The poor Cavs guards were overmatched. I would take a healthy Killian defense in a second over what I saw from the Cavs last night.

I mean, “need” can be a matter of opinion here. Strange semantic spot to stake your flag, but to each their own.

I see things a little more analytically than you do. It comes with maturity; you'll get there one day.

I’m glad you’re here to show us the way.

Agree, there's just no way to keep from aggravating the injury with guys hacking and whacking at each other's arms while defending each other. I don't know why the Pistons don't just accept that fact and let the kid get his hand back to normal. He probably would be fine after only 3 or 4 missed games.
