Some think their religious beliefs and mental well being is more important than dribbling a basketball? The agony....

Neither Kyrie nor KD are “snakes”, the irony is the people calling them all sorts of names like cupcake etc are generally displaying those qualities themselves

So ya you can say you disagree with Kyrie, think he's narcissistic, and an idiot. But snake in the grass wouldnt be something Id use to describe him. Probably one of the last ways I would describe him.

Nothing secretive or deceptive? How about lying to the Celtics season ticket holders about coming back "if you'll have me" and then on the phone less than 2 months later with Spencer Dinwiddie about going to the Nets. Liar, snake in the grass, and narcissistic. Somehow his narcissism of sitting out is turning into some kind of weird virtue

The real snakes are people who allow unvaxed visiting players but force home players. That makes zero, and I mean, zero, sense logically since this is an airborne, easily spread virus. The ONLY explanation is this is about forcing people to take experimental drugs.

If Kyrie is getting paid while all this is happening then clearly this is wrong. Not his personal decision but him still making money whilst his teammates are out there not even making 1/3 of what he is making. It's just a bad situation overall. But i respect Kyrie wanting to be more than a basketball player. I sure want to see him play.

He's that hot girl with the tattoo you see for the first time. You know she is terrible for you, but you just can't resist a taste if you get the chance.

Everyone ends up feeling the same when she's gone.......thankful!

He is just another example why basketball players should stick to playing basketball and refrain from using their platform to spread scientific, sociological, political, economical or racial nonsense. They're just not very good at it, most of the time they know less than their average attendance and that wont yield good results.

Its somehow similar to computer hackers taking over websites they dont agree with, and putting their naive and sometimes outright uneducated/dumb opinions on there instead. Just because you are good in one field shouldnt make you believe you are good in every field.

Kyrie is obviously not a team player. He’s had months to “educate” himself and he continues to be a stubborn ****. Hes making it all about himself vs what’s for the good of the team.

Imagine encouraging your kid to not get a vaccine that will allow him to play with his teammates. That’s what a lot of people are doing when they support this behavior.

Given that I have been on people around here for their Kyrie defenses for years, I think the only thing "snake in the grassy" about him has been created by people around him -- meaning posters, or media, or 'friends", or whomever. Enablers. He's been so obviously a twit since at the very least the LeBron days, and quite possibly his intolerably selfish constant losing days before LeBron even arrived. If y'all wanted to make just endless excuses for such a toxic person because he has a nice handle, then at the very least you would have to say he's more snake on the open ground -- you've created any "grass" in your own head. He's never tried to hide it. He's never needed to. He's had an army of enablers at every stop.

At this point he's the living embodiment of Marsellus Wallace's "pride" speech from Pulp Fiction. It's all ego. You're not Muhammad Ali. You haven't changed anything. You haven't helped anyone. The exact opposite, in fact. You're just screwing over your team, your teammates and your fans.
