There are a lot of missed open threes masquerading as good defence. They also are disorganized enough to let us get out in transition. Still it is nice to be winning. Now let’s go get a coach fired!
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

Delusional.

Go to bed man it’s late for you

Why do you resort to personal attacks tho? Why don't you talk about the basketball you are watching

You’ve proven time after time you have no interest in discussing basketball and would rather make stuff up to fit an agenda.
What an absolute failure and disaster this franchise is, ran by one of the most incompetent front offices in the league.

Maybe the players just suck. At least they’re getting a chance to prove it

That’s literally NBA basketball. Teams get open 3’s… like 30 a game. Even us, who have a very meh offence, get 25+ open 3’s a night.

This is a great feel good game. Got your bigs back, people slotting to sort of normal positions and everyone looking sort of decent on defense. Birch looks great.

Siakam needed this so bad. Love it. He just needed to get his juice back a bit.

Scottie won’t win ROTY. I’ve accepted that already. The team isn’t built for him to put up numbers like that and Cade is looking great

All I want is for his growth and for him to get
opportunities to expand his game

The rookie of the year award means nothing imo. I'm more concerned with the chemistry on this team. They're playing like a team with no leadership and I'm not liking the body language on the court at times.

It also seems some of the personalities have been shut down as the season has gone on. Typically you see a team that shows something that makes you think they like teach other but there seems to be some sort of split on this team.

Because it’s the only way people can argue when they have no other argument. Happens all the **** time. Like people can’t just be objective or accept the objective criticism.

Just like with Trent. It’s fine to say he’s a good shooter. It’s also true that he’s a black hole. These arguments can coexist. The problem is some people can’t differentiate or because they have a bias for a certain player, they can’t accept any criticism towards them. Therefore anything bad they do is excused because they think everything else they do positive makes up for their flaws. Sorry to say but it doesn’t. Only superstars get that kind of exception. We currently Have no superstars.

I just want to say Trent has 11 assists in the last 4 games which was trending very good compared to his 1.7 apg average

I think the comments are reaffirming what people are seeing.

1. Fred, the team player, is a lot better on offense than Fred the hero. Fred has excellent defence.

2. Banton is at his best as the ball handler. If he is out there with Fred, Fred has to play off ball. That's not his his automatic mode.

3. The team has to have a center on the floor. Pascal is much more relaxed when he doesn't have that role.

4. Chris Boucher functions much better when the team functions much better.

5. Fred and GTJ are starters for their defence, regardless what they bring at the other end. So one of Pascal, OG, or Barnes should not start. Too much duplication of resources.

and 1 except the last. Gary's D is based on gambles and deflections and his instant offence would be good off the bench. Nurse said he was going to try him with the 2nd unit (still starting), and he did. And it looked ok
There goes my hero. Watch him as he goes.

There are a lot of Barnes nut huggers trying to push a narrative about everyone around him being a pile of trash but Mikistan isn't one of them. That was a bit of a tough pass. But regardless, Scottie was outstanding in that second quarter

Siakam and FVV are both playing like they already think this season is over and just want to make the all-star team.

This is just delusional

Then he just has no clue how to run a team.

That time and time agenda post is so barftastic.

Maybe some people have an agenda. Or maybe some people just think certain players don’t contribute to winning basketball.

I mean wtf does it mean to have an agenda? Like we have something to gain out of a player failing? Maybe we just want good players than can help us win… why would we want particular players to fail?

There’s definitely a lack of true leadership. Fred’s leadership is fine off the court but on the court, he’s not a great leader

The chemistry in general is terrible. The only person who seems to have any sort of chemistry with his teammates is Khem

Impossible to know but they do have a few guys whose first few years were their best in their career and they slowly regressed. Fox might be the latest.

This board is **** unbelievable. Scottie stans are making this place incredibly toxic by creating these false narratives that the team is freezing Scottie out/Scottie hates them and placing blame on everyone else when Scottie makes a mistake. Even tonight, Scottie has been fed the ball NUMEROUS times in perfect position to score right at the rim and he has either taken way too long to get into his move or stand under the net then pass the ball out...but you have posters saying that FVV has been ignoring him again. There are 4 teammates on the floor at all times with Scottie. Not every pass has to be to him. Good lord lol.
