We took care of business against a bad team, exactly what we were supposed to do.
I get frustrated watching our offense though, but it is what it is.

I think its inevitable that 1 of the 2 - Pascal or Freddie will be moved as they are simply stopping scottie's development....again, scottie has to work on his 3 point shot, become a better 2pt jump shooter, but he cant any of that during the season if he doesn't get any touches....its ridiculous that he is being ignored...
lets be honest here, there was an excitement here / overall NBA as well that we got a steal with him but, past 5 -7 games, its like meh....if the raptors lose games with him as a no.1 option, I can live with that, but to be losing with pascal / Freddie & GTJ acting as if he is Kobe Bryant frustrating...
GTJ needs to be moved for a bigger SG ; Dec. 15, cant arrive soon enough...
He's 2nd among rookies in shot attempts. He averaged 10ppg in college and actually attempted less shots per game in college than in the pros. He's developing just fine. How many shots a game was Giannis getting in his first couple of years? How bout Jokic? Tatum?
He's not being ignored and it's absurd to think he is.
Though I give a hard time on Pascal but I rather see us trade FVV and let Barnes be our point forward.
Please don't make the same mistake the Sixers did with Simmons. Just because Barnes possess great playmaking ability doesn't mean he's a PG. You can also have a PG and allow Barnes to be the secondary playmaker out there.
The day we realize Barnes should be the primary playmaker will be OBVIOUS to everyone so until then, let him work on all aspects of his game. Otherwise, people will harp on the things he can't do at PG (shoot 3's) than all the things he does well.

Just let Barnes lead the starting unit with Banton/SVI/Boucher/Precious while staggering GTJ minutes so he can run with that unit too.
The bigger problem isn't moving Gary to the bench for OG, which is an easy fit considering OG's shooting improvement, it's managing the OG usage.
It's obvious we still want OG getting his Iso reps but it's not a good fit with the jumbo starting lineup. Then you can probably work him in as the first sub for Gary and have OG get his Iso reps at the tail end of the bench run.
The bench has been too reliant on having the PG's scoring more than facilitating. Gary and OG providing some fuel to the engine would help there.
There's a bunch of ways to do this.

Also its nice getting a win after a tough stretch and seeing our best player (Siakam) have a good game. Enjoy the win, F TwO and have a good night.
Unfortunately, the select few individuals care more about his personal stats rather than team success. They would much prefer we be a joke of the league who lose every game as long as he gets 20 points per game and wins rookie of the year. It's all about personal things. They want that Houston Rockets/Detroit Pistons type of development and success.

In a league where point guards are now scorers? You guys are stuck in 2001 or just that ignorant.

One thing that we got to see a bit of last night was Scottie running point for a bit with the bench and man did he make some nice reads.

I’ve been laying off the Fred hate in the GTs because I realize how annoying BOTH the Fred detractors and supporters can be sometimes. But hey, we’re all free to express our thoughts so I won’t continually complain about the complainers like certain posters have taken up the mantle with.
Regardless of which side of the Fred ledger you’re on with his role as a good PG: If you don’t see that he’s oftentimes obviously or passive-aggressively ignoring Scottie on offence and inbound/outlet situations then I wonder if we’re watching the same game. I agree with those who have said previously that you can like Fred, but would 100% choose Scottie for the sake of this team in the long-run.
I love Scottie and am pleasantly surprised at how versatile his game is already, but I still really wish Mobley dropped to us since Scottie’s development (and seemingly, joy) is stunted here given our current personnel (and that’s not all on Fred).

I'm sorry but this is all speculation. I'm going to trust our management and coaching staff who know what's best for him over a bunch of people online who seem to know exactly what's going on based purely on supposed body language

He's absolutely ignoring Scottie on inbounds sometimes, and sometimes he lets him bring it up. I gave a good example in this one where Scottie was clapping for the ball and Fred looked him off, gave it to Siakam, who drew immediate attention, kicked it back to Fred who then found Barnes right under the basket. A much better idea than having Scottie bring it up and turn his back at the 3 PT line while the defense permits him to take their weakest defender one on one.

How could you ignore the Kings' level of "success"?.

People really think Scottie should be the full time PG? This is insane lol. He doesn't have the handle or decision making yet to do it. Even as a secondary ball handler in the half court he's very suspect right now. I know he's the #4 pick and he's shown a lot of great flashes but putting too much responsibility on him when he's basically already played the entire college season already is not it. I promise his opportunities will come.

I don't know what people expect from our offence. We went into the season knowing/expecting that we weren't going to be good offensively, but we have the 8th most efficient offence and most still aren't satisfied lol. It's not aesthetically pleasing at times, but there were people on here that said we'd be a bottom 5 offence.

A lot of people on this board are just Scottie fans masquerading as raptors fans now.
Can we stop this fake narrative that no one is passing him the ball when every stat points in the other direction?
The kid is better on the floor when FVV is there and he craters when FVV is not.

You don't seem to get that scottie fans are raptor fans... you think when scottie Is in his prime fvvis still gonna be here? The only hope this franchise has is scottie developing. The future of this franchise has nothing to do with fvv.

To repeat
Scottie + Fred = Best rookie numbers in the league this year.
Scottie - Fred = Worse than Suggs.
He does well with these guys. Give him some time to actually develop his skills and then he'll take over the team.
When Fred and Barnes are on the court together Scottie's usage is 19.6, when Barnes is on without Fred it's 15.6.
When Fred is on the court with Scottie, Barnes averages 16.6/8.6/2.5 per 36 on 56.8TS
When Scottie is on the court without Fred, he averages 9/6.6/4.8 per 36 on 36.1 TS.
