I'll go off the record and say that I'd rather watch Jalen dunk and shoot during pregame warmups over anything the Knicks starting lineup does. Much rather watch youth, speed and explosiveness over arthritic, robotic, outright sluggish movement.

sounds good in theory but in reality nobody is watching this team if we are 1-14 like houston, maybe just a few of us crazies and Jalen is shooting 37% and 25% from 3 so it's probably not that fun to watch either I'd imagine, I guess we'll find out in a few hours

If we were the rockets we would play wall/gordon 35 mins+ and grind out those 30 meaningless wins.

Eh..Gordon already plays 28mins and Christian Wood is the same age as Randle and leads them in minutes.

Jalen Green will make you pull your eyes out. He's an awful player right now. Can he improve yes. But right now he takes dumb shots, commits TO's, and doesn't play very good defense. He should be coming off the bench for Houston.

We don't get games on national TV, that's about it.

Knicks fans always sell out the Garden and watch games no matter the record.

A 1-14 record resulting from having a clear direction - youth movement - gives optimism for drafting a superstar.

You remember how wound up Knicks fans were about hoping to land the#1 and draft Zion.

Randle is a super 6th man. We are using him as a #1. RJ/Mitch are still pretty young so... whatever. Not trash but.. not stars at this point. The FO keeping Perry was a bit of a head scratcher. He was not very good to begin with. I won't pretend to know the real pecking order as far as decisions that have been made but... that dude couldn't balance a roster after two years yet... he's still here.

The team is nothing more than it was last year. Other teams improved and we didn't. That's the bottom line. A washed Kemba and Fournier aren't the answer. That much is plain to see.

The team refuses to go young and stick with it. Killing draft position and going in circles is the result. Year after year. Play the kids and live with the results!!! That's not in the cards and it just keeps us on the outside looking in as we ignore the players we do draft. For what? Washed vet role players dominating the minutes? Terrible strategy.

Welcome to mediocrity. Treadmill.

I don't care if they "went young" or not. There are multiple ways to build a good team. I just care if the FO is competent at whatever path they lay out. I think a mixed approach of vets and youth can be solid. Again, being good or bad or mediocre matters. Knicks FO is mediocre. Which is a step up. For the Knicks. Usually their FOs suck. But this one? Just there. Possibly slightly bad. Haven't drafted in any special manner. Once again lack pro player scouting and team building.

I disagree. I think the FO is one of the best in the league. Drafting Quickley, Obi, Mitch (I believe) signing Noel and Drose. Picking up Thibs as coach. Now what the FO doesn’t have control of AT THE MOMENT is the rotation which is what is killing us in games.

Noel is meh. Rose great move. Mitch, Obi and IQ aren't that great. They are average. Thibs is good.
