So, is Kevin Huerter set to become the highest paid ex-Terp from any sport ever?

That's some good writing by Jeff Herman. The bug is biting huge bloody chunks.

Stevie Francis could have bought a whole lot more crack cocaine if he got paid like today's NBA players.

Looks like Phoenix has essentially given up on Jalen Smith. They declined his 3rd year option, so he'll be a free agent after this season. https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nba/suns-decline-third-year-option-on-jalen-smith-making-former-top-10-pick-a-free-agent-in-2022-per-report/ar-AAQclXx?ocid=entnewsntp

I honestly haven't watched Jalen since he was a Terp, but was he that terrible? Or is this a Sarver move?

Brenda recruits with the best of them but she won't get them to even the Elite Eight.

That loss to Texas is very reflective of her in game coaching. I remember NCAA losses to UCLA, Louisville, and the most recent one. Same thing every time. They get outworked and they force hero shots.

Their Achilles heel is they lack a true C, Shakira Austin and Jenna Staiti left and each are All American players elsewhere. The Lady Terps have the best team offense but they're flawed, Owusu and Miller are talented but can be rattled.

One thing I love is they play a very tough nonconference schedule. NC State, Stanford, Baylor all in November. That should tell a lot about this team.
Bye bye Beal.

A little surprising about Jalen Smith. Maybe we can get him for a cheap price next off-season. He's still very young and did pretty well in preseason and Summer League. Maybe there is no room on the Suns. Do they not like his work ethic? Seems like a very nice, laid-back kid.

Oh. I see it's more a money thing.

Ricky Lindo had a nice 1st half against the Terps - including 2 made 3's. Did he ever make 1 when he was here?

Terps beat GW 71-64. Qudus Wahab has been the most productive Terp in both their games. Fatts is the starter at the point - with Ayala moved to the 2. Ian Martinez is the 3rd guard. Hakim Hart has been getting a lot of PT - his shot needs more consistency.
