Refs mistakes don't really matter. What does matter is, this team is a shooting dumpster fire, quality of shots is down, can't get open shots and if they do, they miss. I like the defense in general but individual defense makes me sick sometimes. I hate lack of agressiveness when they're under pressure. No identity, nothing.. nobody is afraid of this weird ass team.

That should have been a no call but when they did call a foul, it was definitely an offensive one. That was in no way a defensive foul.

Mann was in the restricted area plus he held Brunson when he drove to the rim. Also Brunson's elbow barely touched him, he just sold it well. I think it was either a non call or and1 for Jalen but no way offensive foul.

Well, you are wrong. Brunson jumped into Mann, he didnt go straight up and Mann didnt go into him. No call or offensive foul. 100% correct call.

Everyone, including Mike Fratello, were surprised that it was an offensive foul. It's not like it was happening on the 3pt line where Brunson would jump into Mann, he went for a freaking layup in the restricted area. And like i said, Mann was all over him when he drove to the rim, that was a foul already.

Bullock with an efficient 0/2 in 32 minutes :D

A problem we have is that so many of our key players are one dimensional on offense. It's obvious that we need another creator. Wing preferred as we need someone that can threaten the rim when driving. Even if we had someone like Terrance Mann, it would make a difference.

Dwight Powell, of all people, was the only one who shot better than 33.3% from 3.

That's bad.

Nobody besides Luka and Brunson can create their own offense on this team. That is a major problem. Seriously, can anyone create offense out of Porzingis, THJ, Bullock, Powell, Maxi, DFS, etc. It seems like the front office tried to place a bunch of three and D guys around Luka who can hardly defend and definitely can’t shoot.

Barnes and Curry...

To be fair Barnes got 4/85 and I wouldn't have wanted the Mavs to match. It looked like an overpay even if I liked Barnes has a 3 and D guy (not so much off the dribble).

Still, it feels like they have no direction and keep mismanaging the roster.

The whole idea of trading Barnes and the starters in 2019 was to tank to keep the pick and they couldn't even do that.

Bullock and Brown could shoot last year. THJ and DFS were better shooters too. If it's not a sample size problem, then it's the system.

68 total minutes for THJ and Bullock for a grand total of 8 points. :|

If you can't put good team together, when your top 2 players are playing on rookie contract, how you will put good team together, when they will get paid?

I agree that the foul by Mann happened earlier but they didnt blow the wistle. You cant blow the whistle retroactively. But under the rim there is no way in hell that was a foul by Mann. Like I said, a no call or an offensive foul. Lets see what the NBA says about it, there is a report on refs decisions after every game.

At least KP has had a good November. It would be nice if he continues his better play.

Should Luka come back Tuesday or wait for this coming weekend?

Anyone who thinks Cuban will be able to put together a championship team is delusional. The only way Mavs can win a ring while Cuban is the man in Dallas is if Luka goes nuclear and is without a doubt the best player in the league and has a relatively decent team around him.

Watching Luka warming up today, looking like he added few more pounds, that looks very unlikely too.

Haha, really? I didnt see that but not surprised at all. He gains weight every time he has more than 3 days off.

This.

We have no 3 and no D guys, Cuban and his crew judge players on the paper (like someone in this forum but we are only fans and not paid employees) and only see stat sites.
Any NBA players could shoots well when they are wide opens, with Luka returns they start to hit their shoots again but they still remain average 3 and average D guys.

The best player so far is KP who Cuban wanted to dump all last year...very funny (or maybe not)

Tell me why Bullock gets more minutes than DFS and Ntilikina. Bullock gets easily blow-by twice for thunderous dunks. This two dunks drive up Clippers confident and change the rhythm and the course of the game at different time. It's not different to see a lack of effort in both plays Bullock guarding George. Something must be wrong with Kidd. Lue, meanwhile, is making things right. Attacking on Powell and Brunson is great strategy. It pay off eventually. Clippers shoots light out from long range, most notably by George, Jackson and Kennard, and gets easy dunks whenever Powell is in the paint. I wonder why Kidd still play Powell and WCS. I'd rather have Boban and Maxi instead.
