Let's just say whoever made the NBA schedule had a vested interest in making sure the Warriors got off to a good start.

What other team got an 8 game homestand to start the year against the worst teams in the league?

Why are the only two options Curry carrying a bunch of scrubs or Curry being a system player being carried by a stacked team?

The reason they're doing so well is because they have a MVP candidate surrounded by a solid supporting cast. Curry will be the only all-star on the team this year but that doesn't mean the team doesn't have a lot of valuable contributors next to him.

Well...you do know this 15-2 includes Lakers, Clippers...beat Charlotte ...beat the new Bull's dynasty team by 20...stomped the Nets in Brooklyn....Their only two loses were by a total of 8 points.

I mean seriously...who the hell do you want them to beat?

Haha what?

Lakers, Clippers, Hawks, Grizz, and Nets were all playoff teams last year.

Bulls, Hornets, and Cavs are good this year. Not saying its murders row, but its far from some layup that the NBA went out of their way to make sure GS has a cakewalk to an easy start.

Everybody avoiding the idea of Wiggins as an all-star for some reason.

Haters in their hearts believing that might be a more impressive feat than going unanimous or the 73-win season. :lol:

Based on the title of the thread I thought this was gonna be about Steph's influence on younger stars developing their 3 pt shooting game and also how other stars like Trae and Luka let it fly

Back to the main topic, Draymond and Klay are great players. Curry makes them better.
Draymond would not have his success with another team. Look at what happened in 2019 when Klay and curry were out. he looked like a scrub and had no effect on winning.

Everyone who is smart will play better next to curry. There's just way more open lanes/spots for them if they are patient. But any future gsw allstars, will be mostly on themselves. Sure playing next to curry might help you flourish like Wiggins, or u copy him like Poole, but they have to have the drive and talent already.

Hey if Green can get piggybacked to a bunch of All Star games, why not Wiggins.

How about some credit for Kerr. Warriors were nothing special before him and Curry was a borderline all-star at an age when most superstars would have broken out already

Warriors trying to be next gen Spurs playing in a rich market. They just need the next superstar to carry the Curry mantle.

Golden State has good fans, no shame in admitting that - a large chunk of them are bandwagoners who won't stick around long-term but the non-bandwagon portion are passionate.

The Nets on the other hand are still developing a dedicated fanbase, I'd wager they're bottom third in the league right now in terms of how passionate / dedicated / vocal, etc. their fans are.

Obviously you'd love to see that improve, but facts are facts. Which also brings us back to my original point - that it is an undeniable fact that Curry stanning is out of control. There are people who actually argue that Curry is in the GOAT conversation :lol:
