Needs to take a cue from JaVale and try tearing the rim down every time he's near the basket

Was just thinking that, if it was Javale in that instance then he throws it down with ease using just one arm.

Dejounte Murray looks like he’s a jumper away (and maybe a metro market away) from stardom. I saw a comical trade proposal from some Lakers homer website of Westbrook for Murray, White, a pick, and some other useful player on the Spurs. It was so ridiculous I don’t know how they had the audacity to type it out

As the announcers said, he was too deep..under the rim...and then also with two guys.

The guy is 7ft. He could dunk from behind the board if he wanted to. Also no one touched him

Why would Suns not take a timeout there?

Rookie mistake by CP3 to get his pocket snatched in the clutch

Monty just never does. He sucks at managing timeouts, and stopping these late game runs.

Book is clutch until he has to take clutch FTs.

A lil too lackadaisical at the end there but pulled it out on the road.

13 in a row wow!

It was half lack of spatial awareness and half him not willing to jump more than 6 inches. I love DA but his refusal to jump when he’s near the basket if it’s not a lob is really fkn confounding. Dude just had to make a tiny bit more effort to jump up in the air and that would’ve been a dunk regardless of him being under the basket. DA would be an absolute monster if he would jump a little higher. His layups would turn into dunks, and his dunks would get him to the line and/or gets dudes to stay out of his way

I get that we needed people to run back in case there was a missed FT and the Spurs run the ball but Ayton can run AND he could've contested that rebound. Didn't make sense to take him out for Cam...not like we needed shooting

Holy hell what was I watching?! The Suns know they have a lot of tape to go over from these last 4 minutes. Pop knew we were on the tail end of a back-2-back and that we'd hurry to put the game away, and he just had his team cooly hang in there until the last second when they finally found an opening and nearly snatched this one away. These mental collapses while we're up big are gonna bite us in the ass one day if we don't nip this issue in the bud.
Living off borrowed time the clock ticks faster...

Return to Phoenix Suns
