Wiggins is a reliable 18-20pts a night player, and 30 if you need it from him.
If he disappears in the playoffs the way HB did, then I'll concede that he and Barnes are comparable.
Until then, I see him as a much more reliable option than HB ever was.
And Barnes is a damn good player, Wiggins is just better.
