I think every non-Laker fan had a grin from ear to ear when they heard the Lakers had made that trade, lol.

Wiz fans still celebrating.

Is there any real difference between Ayton and Allen? Same age. Same height. Almost identical stats. Ayton scores a point more, but on very slightly worse shooting. Allen has been better on defense this year.

I mean they are really close. Hard call for Suns to pay Ayton 5 years $174 million with extension when Allen makes 5 years $100 million. Any difference isn’t $74 million worth.

The players getting the bulls-eyes pinned on them were primarily for their early season struggles were Lillard, Luka, Harden and Trae. Here are these four players numbers in the past 2 weeks of games (6 games each):

Lillard: 26/4/7 on 47/43/94 (5.5 FTA, Career Average 6.1). Blazers 5-1

Luka: 27/9/9 on 45/39/69 (6.0 FTA, Career Average 7.5). Mavs 5-1 (lost all 3 games he missed in this stretch)

Harden: 26/7/10 on 44/33/91 (11.2 FTA, Career Average 8.7). Nets 5-1

Trae: 27/4/9 on 47/45/93 (6.7 FTA, Career Average 7.3 FTA). Hawks 5-1

Turns out the killers are going nowhere, and the hot takes were likely just that.

If the point was to criticize guys using stats for 5-6 games wouldn't using another 6 game two week sample size be playing the same game as those posters?

Not when we have seasons upon seasons of data that corroborate the latter stats. Not to mention early season struggles being extremely common for many star players who are working themselves into form and/or adjusting to new rule changes. I could not believe the amount of posters who seemed to truly think these guys were now just going to be mediocre talents due to the refs tightening up the whistle on a couple foul inducing tendencies certain players had.

Kevin Love can still play. He's in NO way worth that contract but can definitely still contribute when he feels like it.

How the Pacers are even up with how many wide open shots they've missed is beyond me.

Yeah, he should be more like the noble Chris Paul and spit on the player he gets frustrated with.

They probably all get spit on during the games. Didn't know he did it though if he did. Though I'd rather be spit on than punched in the face and bloodied up by a guy LeBron's size.

66 pts conceded in the first half. God help us against the elites.

And i literally have no faith. Gonna have to start going to the mosque.

Another defensive trainwreck. The Pacers are mediocre at best and they almost hung 70 in one half. I think we've dropped 5 or 6 spots in pts/100 in the past few weeks. It could get worse.

BOS shouldn't have trouble scoring against the Nets team. Just attack Harden

Duarte is better than 90% of our team.

Nah it's probably our defense making people look like stars
