Did Josh Jackson not run out that last fast break?

Not much working for him so far. He definitely is having a tough time without Killian.

Hmm Cade's 3 game is interesting. Some shots look smooth and others not so much.

I have no idea why both Lyles and Grant refuse to secure a rebound off the rim. They turn into volleyball players out there.

Obviously 2 others in this thread agree, what have you been watching? His pts and efficiency has been down since Killian has been out and some while Killian was playing injured. You didn't see Cade and Killian getting good shots for each other earlier?. I sure did. It couldn't be more obvious that Cades game has suffered since Killian has been gone.

I wonder what offensive play sets the Pistons run in practice. Their offense continues to be opportunistic more often than looking like the result of a play being run. And what's their fascination with dribbling into traffic? Drives me nuts.

I doubt Hayes being gone has been the reason. Most his missed 3s are wide open.

Its not like the offense hasn't been flowing better as a whole with Cade running PG. Just had some collapsed 4th qtrs, were young and we've been up against some good teams

Sorry, but that's not what I and others have been seeing. The quality of looks Cade has had has been significantly worse without Killian. The best actual offensive flow I have seen this season was the road game at Toronto, where Killian was 3 boards shy of a triple double and we had a great night of offensive movement and assisting.

The best offensive flow they had this season, along with that Toronto game, was the first 3 quarters of the Lakers and Heat games without Killian.

I do think Killian has progressed as a long range shooter and a defender but he's not facilitating as well as he's capable of. Not to the point that they miss his playmaking much when he's out. I do think they miss his defending though. Westbrook and Herro went off without much resistance and were the keys to the 4th quarter runs that sunk the Pistons. I have little doubt that Killian would have at least made it more difficult for them.

To each their own I guess but I don't want Hayes back in the starting lineup. I was one of his biggest supporters of drafting him but he lacks too much versatility as a scorer making it easy for defenses to read.

Just wish we had a legit 2 guard to pair with Cade. I would probably put Diallo in there for now at least. That's also not to say I've given up on Hayes but he's just awful on offense.
