GT: Charlotte Vs Minnesota - Nov 26th 7:00pm

Post#1 » by BigSlam » Thu Nov 25, 2021 4:38 pm

Let the good times roll.

They are coming off a huge win Vs Miami (why do we often seem to play teams coming off big wins Vs Miami?)

LaMelo Vs Edwards. Be interesting to see who shows out.

That said, those two might matter. Towns will likely go for 50/50.

Minnesota looks...competent? I was surprised when looking into how they've done so far this season.

Last year Edwards was gunning a bit to show he was ROTY and it was not to the Wolves benefit. Would be nice if his tunnel vision prevented him from realizing KAT will humiliate Plumlee if given the chance.

Plumlee questionable

Beverley is out. Pretty big blow to their stout defense.

I get the feeling Edwards wants to destroy us. If Beverley is out I expect LaMelo to destroy them

Edwards does look taller this year.

Maybe he's just losing the puppy fat?

If I was to create an NBA shooting guard I'd want the player to look identical to him.

Except his hair, it drives me crazy. I don't like it on Miles either. He would be so much cooler with a hightop or fro.

Aside from that turnover I've been impressed with Edwards passing.

That LaMelo full court with no hesitation is a thing of beauty

So he passes the calves test then?

Made me sad when Graham, Miles, PJ, McD all do that to their hair.

Give me the blow out or the 'fro any old day.

Finally a halfway decent start. Is this the first of the season?

Eric has a daughter named "Beatrice"?

Does not surprise me one bit.

I'm very happy with the Oubre addition. He's inconsistent but gives effort and when he's on we win, period.

TRo shoots 3's like Stephen Jackson did.

The harder the 3pt shot, the more the D closes out on him when he takes it, the better chance he seems to have of making it.
