IQ only player on the Knicks to play well, thought Kemba had some good moments and Mitch started strong and then gave them nothing..Knicks were never even competitive

The defense is really embarrassing. The team is not on the same page at all. You’ll routinely see 2 guys making the same rotation, leading someone else to get wide open. Losing Booker multiple times. Letting Bridges outrun you down the floor multiple times for layups. Something needs to change

IQ had the best +/- on the team out of everyone who played meaningful mins (-4).

It's not watchable unless Randle is playing outstanding hero ball or RJ isn't useless. RJ supposed to be the second option, he's not even a starter right now. Something going on with him and Thibs?

It's not watchable for many reasons but Randle is the guy causing many of our main issues on both ends of the floor

Yea looking more and more like it honestly but that's bc he can't be the #1 option. Right now we don't even have a #2 though which doesnt help anything.

Randle looks frustrated and he's not able to take over games when his shot isn't falling. They crowd the paint or double/triple and nobody is really stepping up. Our starting rotation needs a shake up. IQ would solve a lot. Grimes prolly not quite ready but I'd love to see him in there too

Randle should get pulled early in 1st and 3rd quarters so he can play more alongside the youths / bench. I think he can help elevate their game. Replace Randle with Burks and let RJ try to playmake a bit and get himself going.

What are the chances Thibs makes a change like this?

Agreed with everything except what did you want Mitch to do? They don't even look for him down low, hands up looking for the ball right under the basket.

He brought on defense and bounded tonight. Shut down Ayton completely

I don't understand what that means he started strong then gave them nothing?

Aight, Ima go there. Did anyone notice the offense started out looking beautiful and free flowing with us getting open looks and Fournier knocking down 3s and crisp passing.

Then Julius decided it was his time to have a turn, he posted up and held the ball, then it all went downhill from there.

Yes he only took 8 shots all night. But it’s a playing style thing. The offense is a cup of water and Randle is a hole at the bottom of it. Will drain us every time.

We have to move him.
