We really missed D.Rose running the bench offense and Burks should never run the point over IQ (which Thibs did in the beginning— big fail)…
I think we just gotta extrapolate that first quarter into a full 48 minutes and with time and more experience playing together I think we can do that
Unless RJ comes to life, Randle finds his shooting stroke this offense is cooked. Team is built around Randle and RJ. They're missing right now.
Starters need a shake up in the worst way. Thibs has to stop being so damn stubborn
I would give the starters more time actually, cause the offensive execution is actually improving over the last 3-4 games, IMO… (dating back to the Chicago game)… albeit slowly…
RJ is obviously the big weak link as he is going through a nightmare stretch, but I think his shot selection is the biggest problem…
I could see the starters really clicking in about 5-10 more games if not sooner, particularly on offense, provided they continue to execute like they did in the first quarter of this game.
I think Phoenix is bad team measure us against because they are at an elite level and we’re still not our full potential in terms of execution
