That's stupid!
You can't have 3 rookies! How is a 3rd rookie supposed to develop?? 1000% better to sell the pick and keep rostering guys like M. Wagner, Iggy and Mulder

Never mind that the last 2 teams to win a championship were apparently shallow enough that they bought our 2nd rounders off of us definitely wouldn't of been any use to use!

definitely. I mean, lets not use that lakeland team for any draft picks.

What a ridiculous idea

GIven that our starters played 4 on 5 for most of the night, 27 min of competitive basketball before complete dropoff is fine, i guess. Maybe once Isaac is back and healty, if that day ever comes, we can start playing 5 on 5 basketball again.

Can we bribe some GM who is about to be fired to make a trade for Bamba?
I already googled it, it looks like we can't use TPE on own player and delite him from existence. Shame.

didn't think i would be talking about this so early but who are you guys interested in the most in the next draft class? for me i'm thinking bamba might be the one on the way out....even though he has shown improvement and i would like to see how he would fair with another healthy off-season but would i want to pay to find out? with a chance at chet or paolo? it kinda seems obvious to me

After watching the Zags/Devils game tonight, I'm leaning towards Banchero. He looks ready. Chet looks like he'll need time but he may have the higher ceiling

Who fits better with Wendell? Paola and Wendell have very similar body types.

Yes. Franz's play and passing was the bright spot last night for sure...That's the one guy I really feel sure about on the whole roster.
(Actually not true- I feel pretty sure about Gary Harris...just not the same way :nonono: )

Expected result. Wagner is showing more and more each game. His chemistry with WCJ is getting promising. He is starting to look like legit ball handler. He missed some bunnies but the reads were great.
Suggs looked ok to me. His defense is very good. I hope people will stop with demanding to give him the ball. Its not his skill set. Wagner is younger and much better at it.
I really believe Wagner will start on our future great team. Suggs also if he works hard and be ok with limiting his role. WCJ is good but he needs a rim protector next to him which is not that easy to provide.
My money is on Banchero going number 1 !

Anytime someone talks about a player saying “they need time “ and “higher ceiling “ it usually means they suck loo

At least Franz and WCJr played well, the rest is best forgotten. We are so lacking in ballhandlers and scorers currently it's just painful to watch almost anytime the opponent ups the intensity on the defensive end. When we had Suggs and RJ as our main ballhandlers going against Caruso we had a turnover or near turnover on almost every play.

We are down to 29th in defensive rating, BTW.

It's funny because Chuma had great chemistry with WCJ toward the end of the season as well. Franz is playing the same role but a little better.

I had the same idea. Maybe its bothering Chuma that Wagner took his spot. Franz is younger and already better. I hope we will find a role for Okeke becouse i really like him. Right now it looks like Mosley has no idea how to play him.

Agree on all. Everybody sees the good in Chuma but maybe he's trade bait...nobody likes a trade suggestion that involves "getting rid of guy we want"...but you have to give to get. He's a really smart player and he may end up being our PF if Bamba gets moved and Isaac can't move. I'm concerned about his size limiting his upside at 4 but he's got a lot of tools and all of the intangibles. I'd like to see more Wagner, Chuma, WCJ front court minutes...it's all about experimenting and finding out who clicks together. Franz lofting those oops to WCJ on back to back possessions was beautiful.
