The turnovers continue, the shots are slowly starting to fall a little bit more, but the offense is ugly, and the defense does remain solid.

Saturday night, they are in Dallas and play the Mavs who last played on Tuesday getting a victory over the Clippers in LA.

I don't know how the Bullets are gonna stop Luka. I anticipate him getting 40. And the Mavs shooters going wild. With the Bullets continuing to turn the ball over like crazy, the Mavs are gonna have a lotta easy buckets. PLUS, Brunson is one of those Wizards killers... I think he has another big night.

Will the Bullets surprise and get a W in Dallas? It is a TALL TALL TASK!

Yes, it should be a fascinating match-up. Given Dinwiddie’s absence, I hope Deni is given point forward responsibilities and Neto/Holiday see fewer minutes.
Also, why not try and give Ayayi a few minutes at PG?

Came here to post the same thing. In theory, Deni is perfectly suited to guard Luka. He has a strong enough base to deal with Luka's post game, he has quick enough feet to stay in front of him, and he doesn't bite on the pump fakes. Hopefully, he won't get screwed by the refs on body-to-body contact touch fouls.

That said, if Luka is really hitting his step-back 3's, then there's really nothing anyone can do about it.

What do you guys think about playing Spence last night instead of tonight. Also, people are excited to see deni guard Luka but idk if I am. Unless we are going big with Brad as the only guard at times, teams usually get burnt with cross match ups. It's not the fact that deni isn't capable man to man. It's him trying to pick up Luka while holiday or Neto tries to get to his man, or Brad picking uo up the 3 while the guards pickup the 2. Most times it leads to some scrambling, confusion, late switches, and mad fast break points or open looks. Hopefully they get this down pat before the tip

They probably would have lost last night if they didn't play him, but yes, they should have played him at Dallas. It's almost this organization is clueless again about Dinwiddie. Are they just guessing how he feels after that game? What is the plan?
