Is it fair that I don't expect a big game from DDR considering how many times we watched him get Fathered by Jimmy when Jimmy was a Bull

Very close game despite a lot of TOs in the first half. Law of averages, they will be better taking care of the ball in the second half.

5th game in 7 nights.

The Bulls have had a brutal schedule so far. Lots of games and against good teams. We should be thrilled with their record so far tbh. These guys haven't even had much time to gel yet, and they're already doing this well during this meatgrinder of a schedule.

You misspelled Caruso.

Lonzo is a little more versatile with his length and ability to play passing lanes.

I feel like we have been shell shocked for years expecting the other team to come out in the 3rd quarter with smart adjustments and confident play and put us away.

I'd like tonight (and frankly many nights) to be different. Come on Bulls, come out with a chip on your shoulder and some swagger and put these guys away.

Very fortunate to only be down 3 because we played stupid enough to be down 20. Not like heat forcing these turnovers either outside that jimmy steal. This is us playing dumb. Missing lay ups missing free throws. It's ridiculous.

With that said we still right there and if just a couple of guys can get something going offensively we can win this one.

The heat are sending the double to lavine and derozan almost every possession. Coby ball caruso Vucevic green ayo need to eat and knock some shots down.

Has it always been this bad or is it the thumb? I don't remember it being this bad, but the past few years didn't really require me to care about the little things.

It's just a fact at this stage. His handles are weak and shaky. It also doesn't help that he doesn't read defenses well either, and it just compounds the issue.

I mean, when you compare my confidence factor with DeMar when he is dribbling to create a shot or a foul, to Zach, I'm much more confident that DeMar will at the very least get a shot up and not end up turning the ball over unlike with Zach.

too many turnovers and not enough scoring from the top 3. fun half of basketball tho, the defense has been really good, especially when caruso and ball are on the floor together.

Still crazy to me how quickly our, as fans, expectations for this team have changed. This team has been together for a little more than a month now, really impressive how well they’ve played overall.

Caruso is #2 in the NBA with 75 deflections. So you would be mistaken in thinking that.

He does so many little things at an elite level. His hands like you said, running the fast break, passing downcourt, predicting passing lanes. All these things add up. Combine that with his elite defense and great 3 pt shooting, and you have one hell of a player.

Yep, if you factor in the schedule our record is pretty damn impressive.

Is Spo without question a top 3 coach in the league? I'd say so.

You know what would make him elite? If he learnt how to finish around the basket. Because he can get to the paint, but seems hesitant to do so because he is just shockingly bad inside the paint.

Both are really really good. Caruso is probably better at help, watch him particularly around the paint…. he just seems to know where guys want to dump the ball off and rotates there so fast while being able to recover to the arc quickly.

Lonzo has a more natural feel in the passing lanes and strength that allows him to cover more guys.

Key to the 2nd half for the Bulls:
-Take care of the Basketball
-Defend off Ball movement better
-Stop fouling
-Both Lavine and DDR need to play better
