Yep he had another solid game, RJ got doghoused in the 4th for him again. Great signing Leon! I knew Fournier would bust out of that mini slump

There was nothing ‘mini’ about that slump.

Also I sincerely hope your entire post was tongue in cheek.
Thank you, Rick Brunson.

Great win - great coaching, Burks was the right move. Impressed with Sims. Sorry to the clowns that wanted a loss, against Trae Young of all people. Every win matters, esp. if we make a mid season move for a stud to truly compete.

Great win, and with Rose, Noel and Taj all out we still spanked those clowns on the road.

He had those 4 made 3s in a row right, but outside of that, he did not have a good game. He's wildly inconsistent from game to game, quarter to quarter. Which isn't the worst thing to have for a backup, cause you can take them out if they're off, but Thibs treats him like he's prime Manu out there

Other than that, Quick shot surprisingly poorly (4-12 overall and 1-7 from 3) but was excellent as the PnR ball handler, Obi's getting consistent, RJ had a decent game finally, and Sims looked pretty good. Grimes looks like a decent 3-D guy, too, so that's good

Like I said in yesterday's PG thread, I don't think we're doing that bad, all things considered. Just let the team treadmill for a year, then see who's available to trade for in the offseason.

You’re really dumping on Burks? Did you watch the game? Unbelievable.

Burks did a phenomenal job against Trae on both ends.

We ran things through our guards and it looked pretty damn good.

IQ looking like a stud. On both ends.

Julius stayed within the flow and stayed mostly locked in on D.

RJ and Evan rounded out strong perimeter play. Fournier with a bunch of momentum saving 3's.

PHENOMENAL DEFENSE

Tom, it may be time to have that talk about about Kemba.

uhm, IQ was 1-7 from 3 - - 4 for 14. Nice defense however.

IQ was driving the ball and making the team run. Points were put on the board by other guys with him setting the pace

Every game Randle let the guards be guards we win. If he decides to play like Draymond in terms of initiating without holding, we can be much better.

Yes

Outside of that one stretch he made 4 3s in a row, he was not good. On either end

Did you watch the game?

Quickley missed at the end but who cares. He played a very good game and grinded.

IQ didn't shoot well and yet in the overall scheme of things, he had maybe his best game as a Knick.

IQ should start at PG next game and we should at least give Grimes a shot to replace Fournier in the starting lineup. I said it.
