I know we're so short handed we probably can't afford to, but wouldn't mind Franz having a week off to let that ankle heal up.
I still believe in Magic! Welcome to the Franz & Paolo era

I'm pretty happy with this game. Franz man, what else can you say. We are looking at the building of a star.

With Ross going awol, Cole and Suggs out, Franz was our only hope and you know what I like he was willing to be the guy.RichCollab wrote:Bamba had effort tonight. It’s great to see.
I’m find with Franz attempts at the end of the game. It’s a great time for him to grow and learn.

Franz is doing great and teams have to play with the players they have.
It just kills me that they are without their key guards (Cole, Markelle) and now Jalen Suggs. It is hurting their play and forcing players like Wagner (point forward) and Suggs (Should be playing SG at this point) out of their elements.
Hopefully, the sprained thumb does not keep Suggs out too long and Cole Anthony and Markelle Fultz return soon. Even getting MCW back would help.

How can Franz not be everyone's favorite player? The guy is a true warrior and is only a rookie. The future is bright for this man!

Having Cole out actually helped Franz and Suggs out tremendously to be honest. Cole has a really hard time giving up the ball an involving others which hinders the rookies. So this in itself was a blessing in disguise with his supposed ankle injury.
I'm hoping he can be less ball dominate when they all share the court again when they're all healthy.

don't look now but Houston is winning another game. It would make it 3 in a row without Jalen Green. Interesting.

It can't be understated. More space and opportunity is absolutely key to developing most players.

Very impressive game from Franz. We just keep throwing him bigger and bigger challenges and he responds.
I thought Wendell defended Embiid pretty well and he's quite smart about not fouling guys. Shame his shots didn't fall.
Mo stuffed the stats sheet and Harris is putting together some games where he's not a liability. I wish Ross would do the same.
We're in desperate need of healthy point guards so if Suggs is out, we might be in a lot of trouble.
