What is Barnes' case for ROY? Like a few fractions higher in counting stats at worse efficiency. Let's just ignore defense and the fact that Mobley has a legitimate case for all-NBA defensive team.

There isn't a case for Barnes for ROY, but i'd argue Barnes has been the better offensive player thus far.

Mobley has been the better more efficient scorer however it's actualy by a miniscule amount now. Mobley's FG%, 3 FG% and FT% are all a little better than Barnes atm. You should take a look.

Keep in mind it wasn't long ago where Barnes was scoring 17+ points a game on a 56% field goal.

He ran into a bit of a slump (probably rookie slump) but appears to be out of it a bit. He also obviously ran into Mobley.

The reason why I have Barnes over Mobley offensively as of now is because of Barnes playmaking abilities, he has a better A/TO ratio than Mobley.

Barnes has 3.3 Assists to 2.1 Turnovers while Mobley has 2.5 assists to 1.9 Turnovers.

Atm Barnes looks to be the better rebounder, playmaker and toe to toe with Mobley as a scorer.

It's not enough to cover the defense gap which is why Mobley should win the ROY, but give some credit where it's due.

I feel like Clippers may have gotten a really good one. His offensive style reminds me of KD.

This only makes me wonder why Jalen Green and Jonathan Kuminga weren't lighting up the Gleague more when they were playing there.

Good to see the kid playing comfy at home. Was wondering how that was going to affect him given what happened to his teammate. Good to see it go positive.

Thats it I'm done scouting, this kid looked just awful in college.

Edit: missed the GLeague part, yeah Saban Lee was dropping a few 40 pt games down there too ( not to discredit BJ)

"Bones from the Hylands"

Kid impresses more and more every game. He really does have Curry/Lillard range which is scary. He's gonna be an interesting piece playing next to Jamal when he returns.

What's absurd about the list? Only surprising name would be AD. I would like to know how they calculated it or created this formula.

AD was the worst jumpshooter in the league by some margin among high volume shooters until his last game:

Another Solid game from Franz 27pts 6reb 5ast. If Barnes had a game like that this thread would be at 50 pages with all the Raptor fans blowing this up.
