Maybe he's got secret info on how to stop Golden State - as it's inevitable Milwaukee will face them in the Finals.

Exactly.
Pretty sure the Bucks tried to get Dipo and failed. Either way, right now we need some size to spell Giannis so he's not beat to hell by the playoffs. And who knows, maybe Cousins looks legit. He's further removed from injury and still only 31.

Nah, I don't mean that. You're a good dude, but if you watch the replay of those playoff games, you'd see it too. He just can't move, he can't bend his knees.
He was only a major reason why they survived game 5 and forced a game 6 vs. Phoenix but k. But hey, like I said, it remains comical that you'd use what boils down to a 4 game sample as some sort of proof.
So I'm an idiot for using too small of sample, and you prove that by using a fraction of that sample?
Then you suggest that it was Cousins heroic 11 minutes in the middle of that game that forced game 6, and not Paul George going off for 40 points on 20 shots?
If we're ignoring the entire body of work for a few minutes of 1 game, do you think we should bring Jeff Teague in too? He did have a good game 6 of the ECF.
I'm sure you'll have a long winded response, but I have no interest in further engagement.
"Watch a playoff game he played in." I demonstrated I did. I didn't use it as proof or confirmation of some overarching thing you dolt. Nevermind the strawmanning in turning my statement on Cousin's performance as if he was the only guy on the floor putting the whole team on his back. You don't have interest in further engagement because you've already dug yourself a hole by not understanding the context of your own arguments. Shocker.

I see people are undervaluing Brook and overvaluing Bobby again after a stretch of good play versus bad teams.
I love Bobby and his defense and shooting has been very encouraging during this run, but it’s obvious Brook is still a way more impactful player overall and will get his starting spot back as soon as he’s recovered.

Yes, Lopez is that good on D that I agree. That said, Portis allows us to play a slightly different style on offense given he's basically an elite 3-point shooter at this point (.471 from 3 last year, .444 from 3 this year), while also providing great rebounding.
If we can move Portis to the bench and DiVencenzo is also healthy, that bench is going to clean up.

Cousins is an undeniably talented player and we desperately need another contributing big, even when Brook gets back that's just another big body to bang on the opposing team. At 31 and coming off these injuries I'm not too worried about him being a headache. Better than having Semi out there guarding 7 footers

Even if one thinks their better lineup involves Giannis/bobby as 5/4 combo rather than Brook(who cares which you call the 5), which is a reasonable discussion to have, I still think matchup/lineup versatility leads one to having Brook start. Closing lineup can depend on the opposing teams matchup, who's hot, fouls, etc.

Maintaining high hopes for Boogie while I can if only due to Baddy Chuck's win after advocating for him for years.
Certainly could be short lived if he looks toast once he starts playing again.
Horst is talking the talk at least:

Horst is talking the talk at least:
“DeMarcus is incredibly talented and his size, toughness and experience will help us,” said Bucks General Manager Jon Horst. “He will provide added depth to our front court rotation and we look forward to working him into our system.”

Boogie was responding to Morris hitting the other dude with his forearm.
Markieff with another one of those can-dish-it-out-but-oh-no-the-whiplash moments. This also: not that bad. Looked like a tight end chipping a OLB.
If Cousins will lower the boom like that for Tate, what will he do for Giannis? If you're big, you gotta be big, imo.
I also like how Cousins just laughed at him afterward.

Hood/Kalaitzakis/Thanasis/Semi/Cousins must be the worst 3rd stringers in the NBA. Having said that I don’t really care. Bucks Top 9 is awesome and that’s what matters in the playoffs. On top of that you still have Nwora in case somebody goes down and you always have Horst twisting the edges. I expect he will bring some more help in the deadline or from the buyout market.
The only mistake that has been made so far is that Bud/Horst should have chosen healthier vets than Hood/Semi. They knew that they would need help in the beginning of the season after the title run and Jrue/Midds playing the Olympics. Wasting time for Hood/Semi rehab wasn’t a smart idea.

So what teams third stringers are better? Not defending our third stringers, but they're third ****ing stringers for a reason.

Life is good seeing Boogie in a Bucks jersey. If he could succeed somewhere it is next to Giannis. Just as with Brook. I want to believe it works out well. Positivo’s win.
