I don't get how some people like him, he has no chemistry with Matt. The other game he just abruptly, aftering making some vague comment, says "What do you think, Matt?", and Matt, not being a former player, just kind of takes a long pause, and continues trying to call the game.

I think Freds getting there. He seems to be capable of it but this season he is choosing not to. Tends to get the guys involved that he likes, his longterm teammates. Forces it. Im thinking he matures and just decides to make the right plays. Hes shown signs of it when games get competitive.
