I want Chris Paul to win a championship so bad. He's too good of a player not to.
You said to me “I will give you scissor seven fine quality animation".

You left then but you put flat mediums which were not good before my scissor seven".

What do you take me for, that you treat somebody like me with such contempt?

Hes still so good but hes more late career Stockton or Kidd with just some more pullup midrange juice. He cant score consistently without screens anymore unless he can pick on a slow forward or big who cant keep up with his handle.

Stockton and Kidd weren't leading the league in assists at that age.

I think you need to check the scores again.

He saved the Suns franchise. We’re the Mavericks without him. Every player has bought into his leadership.

I’m interested to know how many current players have made an all-nba team 14 years apart. For Paul to do it he’d have to make it this year which will probably be his last. How many guards does he have a case over?

Going on current PPG (CP3 leads league in assists):

Trae
DeRozan
Curry
Lavine
Mitchell
Morant
Beal
Lillard
Booker
Harden

And don't listen to these fools on this site downplaying his turnovers.

He's playing "conservatively" yet he's 3rd all-time in assists lmao.

There's a lot of the advanced stat folks who love TS% or a player's affect on TS% and don't care about turnovers even though TO is a lot worse than a missed shot, probably because most people's favorite players have a good TS% and lots of turnovers.

I think somehow at 36 CP3 is the player who can most reliably give you a 3-4 minute dominant run when needed.

He plays with extremely low energy usage for most of the game, getting rid of the ball quickly on offense and only going from top of the 3pt arc to top of the 3pt arc on most possessions, or not even crossing midcourt if he thinks it'll be a quick possession, but he's good for about 2 little two-way flurries a game, one usually comes in the second or third quarter if they get behind by 10 and one at the beginning or end of the 4th depending on whether the game is close. In these stretches, he is getting deflections every other trip and getting points for his team every possession on offense. Having a team that can sustain high offensive level without him doing much really lets him kill games.
