I am simply devastated at losing Denver's 2023 second if they finish with a top 13 record or our 2026 second or our 2028 second.

What a dumb charade. Why aren't the Pelicans getting penalized for tampering with Garrett Temple? How'd they work that out in a minute?

If the NBA were proactive and even remotely consistent in this then I could get behind it but as it is--its just random BS.
Luckily weak BS, but there is not a remote sense of "justice" or fair application of rules in sight.

Police aren't remotely consistent with speeding stops, either. Sometimes it's just about who is at the wrong place at the wrong time. It stinks - but there's a reality factor. Thankfully, the low penalty suggests the "it stinks" factor was, in fact, factored in.
