We don't know yet. He's not the 1st rookie not to get minutes in his 1st season. Yurts for next season. Same thing happened with Duncan, Struss and Gabe, they barely played year 1.

Him not getting minutes is not an indictment on him or Spo. It just means he's not ready yet. The problem is heat are wasting two roster spots on players who shouldn't be on the team in UD and KZ which hurts your depth when you have mutiple injuries

He's not getting minutes in garbage time though

Nope. That's an overreaction. Our 2 best players are hurt so this result is expected.

Nothing the heat have down this season has changed their ceiling from preseason.

I still think Bucks and Nets are the two best teams when healthy with Kyrie playing.

Heat are a tier below with the Bulls, Sixers, Wizards. I think the Heat when healthy are the best team in this tier. They'll probably end up loosing to one of Bucks or Nets in the playoffs. Can the beat either two, yes but a lot would need to go right.

The concern would be Bam not being healthy this season which would be a quick 1st round exit. We just not have much depth in the front court. If Duncan is trade eligible, we should try to move him for some depth there

Think there’s definitely a lot of reason to be concerned about Lowry. He’s had plenty of opportunities to step up offensively when the main guys are injured and has been notably absent. Its unfortunately starting to resemble the same team with the same issues from last season. We essentially just shuffled chairs

Why is Yurt not playing minutes a big deal. Who cares ? The Heat for the most part of done well with development. I mean somehow they got Duncan, Struss, Gabe to be actual NBA players. I'd bank they know what they're doing with Yurt.

Clevland is missing Sexton(who may be their best player) and D.Wade.

Even if Yurts plays like **** he puts everyone else into more natural positions. Over time with reps he will get faster with the game. Hes a big body 7ft that we need playing right now
