"Siri, show me a picture of a man really caring about getting a 250m paycheck instead of just a 200m one"

Duncan said that, but he still took meetings in Orlando as a free agent. Things change man. That said, how is having both he and Giannis on the same team not a super team? Lol..
I don’t see the point of leaving if he’s not going to maximize his earned both on AND off the court. Might as well stay in Denver then and get super paid. It’s not like Denver is a bad team or city.
Denver would be set back a decade if he leaves. Damn shame..
Superteam as in 3 superstars, wouldnt like to see him for example with Harden and Durant or James and AD

Orlando may have enough for 2 max players in 2023, plus have 2 first round picks.

I just have to note that Chicago got Lonzo, Derozan and Caruso this offseason without having any capspace.
This goes for other teams too. If Jokic wants to go somewhere and Denver isn't throwing a fit about "sign with us or we refuse to take anything in trade for you", a deal can be worked out. It might take multiple teams or whatever but capspace is potentially the most overrated thing in the NBA. If anything, the teams with capspace are more likely to be the 3rd team taking picks and salary to make a deal work than they are to get Jokic himself.
Side note: Denver is overwhelmingly the most likely destination

When is the last time Orlando signed stars in free agency?
Or significant free agents?
Not trying to snark, I think the problem is that the team has had rouble retaining stars like Shaq or Dwight.
Even though in general, is it Orlando which attracts a lot of professional athletes because of the weather and no income taxes?

Probably Toronto because he's European and it's "multicultural" and that's what Euros want, right real gm?
