Nobody is expecting Lonzo to go for 30 or even 20ppg.
But as an elite pointguard for an a big 3 you are expected to feast. We are talking an assist every time down practically . We need Ricky Rubio not steph curry .

Also Lonzo please get the braids done for next game. There’s an all nba player I know who plays way better in braids . His non braid games seemed like another player.

- We haven't had a mid range maestro since Michael Jordan. DeMar DeRozan is a deadly m'fer; the best in the L currently. Lucky and thankful to have him. He IS the best player on the team, too.

- LaVine is settling in well to be the number 2 guy (even if you disagree with him being number 2). Happy to see it.
- Hey Vooch got his head out of his arse!
- Alex Caruso is a steal for us. What a defensive stud and a great glue guy.
- Lonzo Ball is another great addition. He passes the ball well, but he does not rack up a lot of assists per game. He's 24 years young right now, but he needs to reach his 7 assists ceiling somewhere. He's a really good defensive player. I wonder if he has the will to become a great defensive player.

LOL we almost lost this game. I thought I was seeing another melt down. EFF the Knicks.

CARUSO DPOY !

Demar was good in the closing segments of the game, Zach solid, Vooch great on offense, but bad on D, like really bad, his footwork is beyond horrible, Randle blew past him.. Lonzo couldnt hit a shot, but worked hard..others pitched in nicely as well!

but BILLY D has to learn to make adjustments and react quicker! Stop overplaying Green on Randle and later Vooch! Play Jones, Alize or even Brown on him a bit.. Starters blow out whole lead and yet he came back in after TO, with same lineup!??

It's interesting with the whole Lavine being a 1b or a number 2 even.

If you are talking about scoring it's obvious just by PPG and by when the key scoring is being done its obviously DDR who is our 1 or 1a.

When it comes to the question of paying Zach the Max and is he the best player on the team I have to think again of Booker and CP3 on the Suns.

Books clearly the future of that team but CP3 is the most important and their best player right now... Especially in lasy years run

Didn’t get as much from this interviews as others .
Hard to hear the questions . One point when teams are aggressively trying to come back try to use that energy to draw fouls .

————————
Actually I’m little frustrated .
Based on 8 category fantasy scoring the bulls vs hornets and Knicks looks like:

Hornets 4/4 Tie
Knicks 4/1/3 (the 3 counts as ties) Win

We are barely winning. Winning on the bare minimum while having the most .
Granted this is conjecture , just for basketball content. Bulls are actually winning the rebounding battle last few games .

———————

But our backup center has 3 rebounds in the last 2 games . It’s kinda bad

What does CP3 and Booker have to do with the Bulls? We have an entirely different situation.

Looking back at the rockets , you just didn’t lose to them on the score board but almost every facet of the game .
2-5-1
Bulls only won in Ft% and steals. Vs the rockets.
Just something to think about moving forward . People say just enjoy the ugly win some of those know they will turn into losses. Basically just some red flags.

This is contender on paper . Most people with the eye test aren’t as swayed . Whoever you sold in the 1st half tonight , sold their stock by the end of the 3rd quarter . Love the team love the guys , gotta tighten it up .

Your reply seems to imply that you feel like I am questioning you or something.

We have been discussing in other threads LaVine's upcoming contract and how DeMar's emergence this season does or does not effect it.

Zach and Book are both young shooting guards often compared.
CP3 is the veteran leader.. Demar has taken that role here...

The similarities are there.

Zachy and Demar are 1 and 2 in scoring in the whole league . They are pretty interchangeable as both 1a’s.

C'mon, you don't like IQ with his 'fro better than than the braids? Quickley has kind of a poofy 'fro too that flies with the wind as opposed to a Dr. J/Darnell Hillman 'fro which were thick.

The Rockets changed up their scheme on the Bulls and Chicago certainly wasn't ready for it. They have won 4 in a row now with how they are playing. You can't use a single game as a barometer for anything.

The Bulls aren't on their way to winning 75 games but they are pretty dam good with room for growth.

Lots of parity in the East. Gonna be interesting to see who does what at the trade deadline. You guys will hopefully have PWill back by the end of February/early March. Good thing it's not his shooting wrist.

As for the Knicks, I expect us to make a trade before the deadline with Kemba going somewhere for something. Not sure what tho.

You guys like Billy Donovan? Seems like he's learned to temper his emotions from his earlier coaching years. I'm sure that's made him a better coach.

See ya in '22.

Biggest complaint is small ball center . Heck I’ve gotten used the the guards playing PF. It’s the lack of center that gets under my skin . He is personable and actually seems to help the teams shooting .
While thibs shows to be steadfast , Donovan is bit more free wielding almost to a fault .

The guy looks at the bench like a gym teacher ready to call out a guy to climb a rope. It’s actually kind of funny until you see some wonky lineup out here .
