Miscellaneous x’s and o’s stuff:

1. Can’t forget about our problems with zone. Refer GTs Hornets and Knicks for this discussion.

2. Attacking the ball handler defensively when the that ball handler is also a #1 option. This can disrupt to cripple an offense that relies on this.

3. Having Durants man be a ball handler to take him out of the defense and to make him work and tire him out. Especially useful it’s it’s a straight pf vs pf matchup .

4. Gotta shore up the interior defense regardless of personnel . This concept I don’t totally understand but it’s called hedging on the wings. Basically send a defender to either side of the post to deny entry .Typically done by a center , here DJj. Heck maybe even double hedging . Shut that sh down. Then the backend of the defense will be responsible for rotating and recovery which seems doable with our speedy smaller lineups.

Granted that’s a concept D but I remember thibs running that here in the past I admit I dont know how to execute it perfectly . It’s just my swing at a strategy to shore up one of major deficiencies from last game .

5. There’s a possibility we have a nice home court presence at Barclays. Opposing Teams often hear Chants for them. Let’s the give the crowd something to cheer for.

My keys to a Bulls win:

1) Make our 3's at 37%+
2) Force Harden to be inefficient and into TO's
3) Win the RB battle

We really need Caruso this game. The Nets are gonna get up for this game for sure after we beat them last time and we are right behind them in the East.

No Caruso or Javonte possibly? Ayo, TBJ & DJJ have to step up. I think we'll be fine.

Bottom line is, if the Zach-DeMar-Vooch show up like they have the two games prior, we're going to be tough for any team

Lavine needs to come out focused and play like a man on a mission, and not like a little child who looks to belong on the same court as Durant. He needs to grow up and exert his will on his opponents.

Very cool, RastaBull! I got to see LeBron play at Barclays back when the Nets were still irrelevant. Amazing experience. Those nosebleed seats were so steep that I was too nervous to creep down to get a beer, though. Felt weird. I agree that the arena experience was terrific for the most part. I hope you have a blast, my man.
