Before the season started I was thinking of Miami as potential destination in exchange of Herro who is a perfect fit for Cade but now Herro is way more valuable than Grant.

Hero is still just 21 years old right now and putting up a very efficient 21 PPG off the bench for the Heat. He's eligible for an extension after this season and could likely try and demand a max deal from Miami. Will be interesting to see if they go all in on signing him for a huge deal, or make him play it out for another season. If they don't want to pay a bunch of tax, they might have to move Duncan Robinson for a cheaper shorter deal. Robinson got a 5 year $90 million deal and he also hasn't shot the ball nearly as well as last season. Moving Robinson would also create the starting spot that Herro has been vocal about wanting, saying that he's a starter in this league.
KO + CoJo for Duncan Robinson would certainly be an interesting deal for us and Robinson has ties to Michigan and our organization, BUT at $16, $17, $18 million per year for a guy that hasn't played well to start this year it might be a bit of a risk to take on that contract. I think he likely gets his shot back eventually but he certainly hasn't performed up to that contract to this point.

I don’t have any confidence that Casey can get out of Duncan Robinson what Spo did.
Good for Robinson getting that deal, he earned it, but it’s clearly bloated.
