Start Grimes, let RJ come off the bench with the second unit, at least until either Randle, RJ or both break out of their shooting slump. We can't have two non-shooting scorers be in the starting lineup together. That seems to make the most sense. You can still do the switching defense scheme with Burks/Grimes/Fornier, and you don't break up the second unit with Rose/IQ/Obi that's working.

If we’re lucky Grimes might be the next Daymean Dotson or Iman Shumpert. He’ll never hold a candle to Lavar Postell, of course.

Randle and Sims : +51 17 minutes
Randle and Obi : +18 70 minutes

All other big lineups that include Randie are negative.
