Re: Boston, Chicago, Portland, Sacramento
So to be clear, Portland's 2022 first is really just being redirected from Chicago to the Kings and made unprotected, correct?
If I understand this, this trade is way too good for Portland. We'd need to add more and we'd be happy to do it.

Re: Boston, Chicago, Portland, Sacramento
This doesn't scratch the surface for Sac.
Sure a Barnes for Williams deal could make some sense if/when the Kings ultimately go on another 5 game slide.
So basically Fox for bad salary and 2 1sts (1 thats protected) from a team that will have Jaylen Brown + Dame?
That feels disrespectful honestly. The Kings just cut the other 2 teams out and deal with Chicago. Grab a 1st + Williams and call it a day.

I would think BOS would be paying more because they are also dumping Horford deal & getting 3 pretty good players.
Follow the science not some internet physician & get your shots.

Re: Boston, Chicago, Portland, Sacramento
Yeah, if this is the deal then I'd just cut out Boston and Portland and do Barnes for PWill, Jones and the 1st straight up. The rest is Horford and a protected first for Fox which is pretty far off from what we'd send him out for.
On the flip side, I'd take the Boston package for Fox and Barnes as well though.

Re: Boston, Chicago, Portland, Sacramento
Would the Bulls or anybody else ever given 2 1st round picks for Harrison Barnes? Well they aren't doing it now. It's not like he's an all star addition that jettisons then to the Finals.

I like it for Boston because it clears out Horford and gets rid of Juancho which must be done just on principle alone.

you gave up 2 1sts for Vuc and Barnes is playing at a similar level.. (not saying its a good idea but just find it ironic)
