This is one of those inevitabilities if you're a public figure going to crowded spots imo. I like the old car analogies that were going around for precautions taken initially. A seatbelt, speed limits, and airbag are can all protect you in case you get into a car crash, but if you're constantly on the road then you still could get into a car crash. They reduce harm, but don't make it unavoidable. It sounds like Ujiri mighta wound up at a super spreader event (and having indoor eating is always gonna increase the risk a bit).
I hope he gets by with no symptoms (sounds like the case so far) and hopefully everyone else does too. The good news is the vaccine requirement should go a long way to limiting the damage for these folks.
Sidenote: I'm spending this weekend with some of my closed circle of friends and then taking the next couple weeks to limit social situations until after Christmas despite having the booster (but a lot of heads tell me I'm extra about my precautions
